Summary: We have rented this property for several years in the winter. It was perfect for our family and our Boston Terrier. The house is well equipped, quiet, and in a friendly small neighborhood. You are far enough away from the crazy traffic in Tampa but close enough that you can get to restaurants, museums, the beach and other attractions without a long drive. Just off Tarpon Springs Road, you have many places to visit to the west and north of the bay area. The owner is wonderful to deal with when checking in, during your stay and when you check out. This is a well loved welcoming family home that anyone should enjoy.

Summary: The house was in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. It had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. I hope to have the opportunity to rent it again when I travel to Florida.

Summary: The view from the backyard and back porch are spectacular! You are only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Tampa, St. Pete and Tarpon Springs but you feel like you are in another world. The house is fully equipped for a long term stay if you are so inclined. The neighborhood is good for dog walking and you are close to the Upper Tampa Bay Trail for longer walks. If you like to canoe, kayak or fish the new dock is great.

Summary: We rented this home for a couple of weeks as a place to stay while we waited to move into our new home in the same area. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities as much as we'd like (thanks COVID), but it was still a great stay and perfect for our situation! The property and view on the lake is incredible, and despite being limited we were able to paddle around the lake in the canoe a little bit as well as play in the yard and around the dock with the kids. We also enjoyed the covered and enclosed patio/sunroom/lanai. The home comes with everything you could ask for, and more! Thank you Dada for the helpful communication and service!
