This lake front property has it all. This property sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms, pull-out sofa, boat stall, boat ramp, and boat storage plus much more. This quiet cozy home nestled on lake Hamilton will allow you and your family to relax in every way. Additional sister property next door for rent and extra amenities available. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and its own walk-in closet and master bath. There are two more bedrooms on the master level that have queen beds and closets and bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, oversized refrigerator, and dining table. There is a separate table for the kids or games. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a large deck that overlooks the boat dock and lake and has a large table and grill for outdoor meals and fun. The basement has two separate bedrooms, one for the kids that sleep 4 and another separate king bedroom. There is another bathroom in the basement as well as an extra refrigerator. There is a boat dock with an extra large swim/fishing platform and also a covered boat storage. This property has its own boat ramp as well. Summary: We rented this house as well as the big one next door to do a family reunion with 23 people. We wanted everyone to have their own room. Was just a short walk from next door. Had 5 great bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything was clean. Lots of kitchen things to use. Big living room with comfortable couches. Beautiful scenery and trees fall colors out the windows over the lake. We mainly used this house to sleep and prepare food for Thanksgiving over at the big house. Chris the owner & Allison the caretaker were both super nice people and informative! Would stay here again.

Summary: Our 2 daughters and their families joined us for lake time, board games, local attractions, and seeing extended relatives from the area. Nice, quiet neighborhood. House very comfortable and clean. The host was informative and helpful.

Summary: The property manager was the most awesome person you would want to meet. She made sure we knew everything about the property before she left. She never bothered us after her introduction and tour of the house but assured us she was there if we needed her. The rooms were big, and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. We had plenty of space for 13 people. The kids and some of the adults enjoyed fishing in the canal behind the house. It had rained so they couldn't swim. The water was too dirty but that was OK we had plenty of other things to do. The kitchen was well equipped with about anything you would need to cook. There was an abundance of bath towels and bath cloths. Plenty of extra blankets if you are cold natured. There was plenty of seating room with two sofas and a loveseat. Also, plenty of seating for eating with two dining tables seating four each and a game table seating four. We had lots of fun, lots of laughs and made many memories. We would go back again if we ever decided to vacation in Arkansas again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay very comfortably. We booked this trip to go to visit family and go to the Horse Races which is always a fun time. Allison was super nice and very helpful with any questions we had before we arrived and once we were there. The house is located on a canal which would be great for summer and access to the lake. Since we were there in February we really didn't use the outside area but there is a nice outdoor deck overlooking the canal. It is a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciate. We plan on renting this house again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Summary: The property exceeded my expectations. It’s in a great neighborhood. The house was very clean upon arrival. Allison walked us through the house and showed us everything. She was very polite, friendly and made you feel welcome. The house has everything you need! Towels, dishes, even leaves a few dishwasher and laundry pods for you. The AC in the house works amazing especially for the hot days. The house feels has a very welcoming factor to it. The WiFi was fast. We did not get to enjoy the lake behind the house for swimming due to rain, but it was beautiful! It’s the perfect house for a big family (up to 14 people). We all had plenty of room to sleep. The beds was comfy. The couches was comfy to sit on and have a movie night. I love that they have two dining tables so everyone had some where to sit when we cooked at the house! The water pressure was great in all 3 bathrooms and the water gets HOT which is amazing! The basement has another “living room” with a big tv so the adults could watch a movie upstairs and the kids watch a movie downstairs and that worked out perfect. I can’t say nothing but great things about this lake house and I could go on and on about all the great perks but I’m going to leave it at this and let you go ahead and book it and see for yourself! Also if your family is bigger than 14 people they have a house right next door that’s bigger, we didn’t get to see inside of it of course but looking at it from our deck it was beautiful and had a huge deck and hot tub! My family and I will definitely be booking this house everytime we go to Hot Springs, AR!

Summary: I booked this house for myself and my 5 kids, two spouses and 3 grandbabies. This was the perfect house for us all. It's immaculate. The deck and view is very nice. The house was super clean. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen was well-stocked for all of our needs. We will definitely consider returning again and maybe even using both properties with extended family.
