Summary: We loved everything about this house! The house was great, the Location right on the Lake with a boat Dock. Part of the yard was fenced it, was perfect for our dogs. Kids had a great time, swimming, boating, fishing etc etc.

Summary: We rented this home for 7 days in July. We had 13 in our party, 6 of which were children from ages 7-14. In addition, we had 3 boats with us. The home was very nice, clean, and comfortable for everyone. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a blow up queen bed, but we put the youngest kids in there. The view and the cove here were great for swimming and jumping off the dock without worries as to boats coming by. This property was close to several restaurants by boat, so that was convenient. We spent our days at the home, but also found several private sandbar /beaches close that we visited as well. The house was fully stocked which was a nice surprise as we were accustomed to having to bring most of our kitchen with us. Owners were very nice and easy to deal with throughout our check in and stay. The owners did stay next door to home, which seemed a little awkward at times but overall was a good experience. The driveway is steep and a little narrow for multiple vehicles and boat trailers, so plan ahead to be able to park during daylight hours. We have visited Lake Lanier for the past 5 years and have stayed at multiple homes and parts of the lake, we all agreed that this home was the nicest that we have stayed at yet! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This home was perfect for a three-generation weekend at the lake--roomy suite for grandparents upstairs, nice bedrooms for parents downstairs, and a neat bunkroom for grandsons. The deep-water cove was ideal for boating and swimming, and the deck on top of the boathouse and porch were most enjoyed.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home - there were 11 of us - 8 adults and 3 children - plenty of room for all, and the fenced yard was a bonus for the dogs and children! The dock is great for fishing - large enough for several of us to fish at the same time - we also used the kayak to paddle around the quiet cove. Although we had a few glitches, the owners were very responsive and took good care of us (right down to the chocolate chip cookies waiting for us on arrival!). All of us commented that the house is very clean, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, and there are nice shady streets for walking! Thanks for a great vacation!

Summary: Easy to describe this property -- WONDERFUL !! From the time the house came into view we knew that we would enjoy our stay. Lake views from most of the rooms, the house is well furnished with every amenity, the kitchen is well stocked, all the beds very comfortable, the large bathrooms have TONS of nice towels, and two large dens complete with televisions provide privacy as needed -- the house is SUPER CLEAN 😊. Plenty of outdoor living space both upstairs and downstairs including a nice fire pit for chilly fall nights. We even saw deer on several occasions! Accompanied by our small terrier it was a wonderful surprise to find the back yard fully and safely fenced allowing him freedom while we enjoyed grilling outdoors. The dock has a nice second story for sitting/sunning, we tied our jet skis below, where they were safe and easy to ride whenever we desired. The hosts were available whenever we had a question, fresh cookies and a lovely bottle of champagne were waiting for us upon arrival. I cannot imagine a better stay on Lake Lanier!

Summary: Beautiful Home and Location, perfect for any occasion! You will arrive and not want to leave. Plenty of room for socializing or book-reading, and lake gazing. I wish I had been there for fun and not work, and could have enjoyed time on the dock and in the hammock. The house is perfectly appointed with the most comfortable beds, proper towels, soap, shampoo, cookies and champagne upon arrival, and a kitchen to die for! Even the 'adult bunk beds' as my team was calling them are comfortable and perfect for both big and little people. :) If this home is available and fits your budget and bed needs, book it - you will love every minute of it!

Summary: Immaculate home and beautiful grounds made this a lake vacation we’ll be booking regularly. From the short walk down to the 2-story dock to the fire pit and covered porch, this lake house has everything an extended family needs to have a wonderful lake experience. The owners have gone out of their way to think through every possible nuance to make the lake getaway hassle free and relaxing. Definitely recommend this for you and your family. Plenty of space for everyone, including a bunk room that has 4 large beds! Being located on the lake, we went by boat to various restaurants on the lake with Pelican Pete’s being our favorite (and closest). It’s only about a 5 minute ride away. Downtown Gainesville square has some great restaurants that we drove to...took about 15-20 minutes. Rice restaurant in Cumming is great as well and only about 10 minutes away. Can’t wait to come back again!
