If a lake view is what you want, it doesn't get any better than this on Lake Lanier! The house is so close to the water you'll feel like it's literally floating! This gorgeous home sits in the north georgia mountains in a private and secluded neighborhood, only 4 miles from the North Georgia Premium Outlets shopping area! Close to Dahlonega, Helen, Amicalola Falls State Park, vineyards, and more! Our cove is quiet and serene. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on either of our two extra large decks overlooking the water, listening to the fish jump and birds sing. In the evenings, you can enjoy our gas fire pit on the upper level deck or the wood burning fire pit on the lower level deck.
Beautifully renovated 3000sq/ft, 4 bed 3 bath cottage in quiet Dawsonville Lake Lanier neighborhood. Parking is available for up to 6 cars. Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, and lake views from the new center island. On main level you will find 2 bedrooms, both with King size beds. Primary on first level with amazingly renovated master bath with "wet room" shower/freestanding tub combination. Primary bedroom provides view of lake with private access to deck with seating for your morning coffee. Dining room opens to kitchen and seats 10-12 and offers views of water. Main level living room with large flat screen TV and plenty of seating on new furniture. Expansive upper deck overlooks the lake and faces undeveloped corps of engineers land, offering the feeling of soothing privacy.
On the lower level you will find 2 more bedrooms. A second primary with a king sized bed with it's own access to the lower level deck and views of the lake. The second bedroom is for the kids with newly added full over full bunk beds with a twin bed trundle. A second living room is also downstairs with it's own large flat screen TV. In addition, you can spend your evenings belly up to the bar with your friends and family as you watch the game on the bar TV or just enjoy playing a game of foosball. Just outside the bar you can slip into the spa/hot tub and enjoy the sunset.
Enjoy a short, FLAT, lighted walk to the double decker party dock. Upstairs you can have your fun in the sun. Downstairs you can park your boat in the covered boat slip, or enjoy some shade and a swim from the lower lounge area. Rental comes with use of 4 kayaks for exploring the cove and lake!

Summary: The house was clean and well stocked with all the things you need such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The outdoor space was wonderful as we spent a great deal of time on both deck areas and the dock. The walk to the dock was very easy. Our family kayaked and fished in the cove. We were able to keep our boat tied up to the dock all week, which was so nice. The cove has so many turtles, which were so fun to watch and feed our leftover corn on the cob too :) Stephanie was a wonderful host and communication with her leading up to and during our stay was wonderful. We had 7 adults, 2 kids and a dog, and had plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend this property!

Summary: The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness of the house and its amenities. They have basically everything you need--bring your own coffee pods. I enjoyed waking up every morning and sitting on the deck where it is peaceful and has a GREAT view of the lake. There are lots of stairs, so could be a bit difficult for older folks, but there are two nice bedrooms on first floor and two more on lower level, so doable for all ages. It was overall a great stay.

Summary: We had such a great time. The home had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook all our meals and even a brand new grill. The home was right on the lake in a quiet little cove but only 10 mins from all Walmart, Publix’s, or restaurants if you didn’t want to cook. We rented a boat from Port Royale (highly recommend as well) for the week and we were able to dock the boat right on the dock. The dock was great to swim off and they had plenty of life jackets and kayaks to play with. The owners were very responsive, especially when we had some trouble with the air conditioner, they were on top of it and were able to get someone out there the next day to fix it. We will definitely make plans to come back.

Summary: We had a great time at Stephanie’s place. The house is amazing, the kids enjoyed the rooms downstairs and my family could relax and have an amazing time gathered around the fire place, kitchen island and a big dinner table that fits everyone. Stephanie was very helpful when we needed her help. We will return for sure.

Summary: Our stay was great. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything as promised and more. The host put a Christmas tree up upon request. But it was the little things like shampoo and soap in all the bathrooms. Clean quality towels for bathrooms and separate beach towels for a large clean hot tub we really enjoyed. Can't say enough about the house or the host. We would highly recommend

Summary: Cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in, and so well stocked in the kitchen and everywhere! It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend to be out, but plenty comfortable to hang inside if it hadn't been, plus wonderful hot tub & air hockey table. We loved it, and the girls loved it. Beautiful decks were a perfect setting for a lake-side Sweet 16 Birthday dinner.

Summary: What a great property. We were in the area for a wedding at the White Laurel Estate and the location could not be more perfect. Not only were we 10 minutes from the venue but also 15 minutes from the Dawsonville outlet malls and restaurants. Close to everything but secluded from the world. The house was clean and we have no problems. Stephanie made the whole process very easy and responded quickly when contacted. The view from the decks was incredible with the fall foliage but I imagine it is just as beautiful any time of year. I would high recommend this property for those looking for a nice house that is private but not too far from civilization. I would also recommend it for groups where 2 master bedrooms are needed. The main level was spacious and nice but there was also almost a self contained living area on the bottom floor. Nothing but positives for this property.
