5 Bedroom House in Elberton
Built in 2008, very private. Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront home with heat and air-conditioning. Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Large enough to accommodate two small families.
Our lake house has a fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven, dishwasher and granite countertops. The living room has fireplace and access to a lake side deck with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, one with a double bed, and a second with 2 twin beds.
Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, the master is furnished with a queen bed, and a small second bedroom has a twin bed. All towels and linens are provided. Walkout basement has one bedroom with twin beds, and a recreation room with a pool table, direct TV, DVD player and washer/dryer. There is NO INTERNET at the house.
Lake Russell is a large lake with minimum boat traffic. Great lake for jet skiing, fishing, boating and skiing.
Lake Russell is maintained by the Corps of Engineers, and has a 300 foot buffer zone around the lake. No private docks, developed walkways or clearings are permitted. We DO NOT have a dock at this house.
House is located 8 miles from Richard B. Russell State Park and Arrowhead Golf Course, 2 mile from boat ramp, 5 miles from tennis courts, grocery stores, restaurants and marina.
