Summary: This property was very clean inside and had all the amenities. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group of 7 to hangout. The river was nice and the views in the house were great. There was a hefty cleaning fee and we were still required to do most of the work during checkout. Additionally, the deck area was unusable due to debris from the trees. All of the deck chairs and furniture were covered and we couldn’t even walk on the deck in bare feet. The host advised we could uncover them but the deck itself was covered in debris so we didn’t even want to use them. All in all the stay was great, but given the price for the stay, we expected the outdoor spaces to be prepped for our arrival and usable. We would stay again but the outdoor space needed more prep work from the host.

Summary: Beautiful home on the water with spacious decks and kayaks. Plenty of space and fun for a family of all ages. Short and easy drive to St. Joe’s beach and restaurants.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was spacious and allowed us to be all together for meals and games with a bonus space for kids to bond and play. Roberta was very responsive and even checked on us when there was a storm. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches close by and fishing right outside on the St. Joseph River. We set one day aside to just enjoy the property. We barbecued, played games, and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Fun was had and memories to treasure were made! We will be back!
