Beautiful 3700 square foot beach front house on Lake Huron! 4 bedroom, including a huge "bunk room" for kiddos. Two bedrooms downstairs, one is a full, Master is a queen with walkout steps. Views are amazing. Upstairs there is a room with a queen and two twins, as well as a Bunkroom. The Bunkroom has two sets of bunks (for children only) and two full beds as well as a 55 inch Smart TV. (with the best views!) Gourmet kitchen (double range), granite countertops. Washer and Dryer for your use. Two living areas, one up, one down, both equipped with 55 inch Smart TVs. High Speed WIFI throughout. Hammock and outdoor playground for kids. Both gas and charcoal grills, outdoor firepit, both ping pong and foosball tables, additional refrigerator in garage, boogie boards and a few adult and youth bicycles for your use. Can't beat the sunrise or views of Charity Island with a cup of coffee! Enjoy looking for seaglass and Petosky stones!
Please note: Occupancy maximum is 14. Due to bedding restrictions, this allows for 10 adults only as part of the 14 person allowance. Bunk beds are not rated for adults. No smoking inside the house (including vape, Epens, etc.) Over occupying and smoking within the house will result in 100% loss of security/damage deposit.

Summary: From entering the door for the first time, you can't help but feel at home here. Everything you need, and more, is there for your use. The residence is well appointed, both inside and out. The kitchen is roomy, furniture comfortable, and there is so much to do! If we had had bad weather, we still would have had plenty to do inside. We have used several different VRBOs for our yearly family trips, and this one is hands above the rest! Thank you to those who make this a welcoming, restful place to come back to!

Summary: We have zero complaints. The house had more than enough room for 6 adults and 3 young children. The beach is beautiful and you can't beat the view of Lake Huron. We can't wait to come back next summer.

Summary: We planned to return for another family vacation. As soon as our oldest granddaughters found out we were returning here, they immediately wanted to begin packing and started planning what they were going to do together--although our stay was months away! On our arrival, it only took a few minutes for the grand children to be in swimsuits and out on the beach. They also enjoyed the bunkroom and all the great space upstairs. We all agreed with the desire to return again soon.

Summary: The lake house was perfect for our multi generational group. The granddaughters loved the bunk room, great grandma enjoyed the quiet first floor front bedroom. The beach was soft and sandy with plenty of rocks to collect down the way. Natalie’s home is well equipped with everything we needed, floats, bikes, hammock, fire pits and grill. The family was entertained the whole weekend and never needed to leave to explore anywhere else. Also lots of parking available. I 100% would stay here again. Ps I also have 3 granddaughters now planning to save their money so they can buys a house on the lake.
