Newly Updated July 2023 condo with top-of-the-line furnishings, décor, and amenities. Located right on the water's edge, close to the point, the view is one of the best in the lake. Did we mention LOCATION? An easy drive or Uber ride to anything you want to experience at the Lake. We strive to make this a lifelong memory for you and your guests and are humbled by the guests who want to make our retreat an annual part of their lives.
The corner condo unit offers a wall of windows, floor to ceiling, facing west. Open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, island breakfast counter, and a cozy living room with a 100" multiple-color electric fireplace. Furnished patio overlooking spectacular views right on top of the water. A master bedroom with a king-sized bed and wall-to-wall windows allows for an unprecedented view of the lake where you feel like you are almost sleeping on the water as well as a sliding glass door taking you to the patio. Full bathroom with all essentials taken care of during your stay.
This home is perfect for a romantic getaway, no matter if it is the heart of the summer or the dead of winter. The large electric fireplace makes for a cozy setting.
The unique bunk room is just large enough to provide a rustic queen-over-queen bunk with a 55" Smart TV perfect for the teens/kids' gaming room.
If you prefer a new background drop for your Zoom meetings, why not try an extended work stay and enjoy a real backdrop? We provide a 29" widescreen monitor that can be set up anywhere, including on the patio.
Water toys such as kayaks, paddleboards, boat slips, pontoon boat rentals, and even an excursion on a Captained 41' Sea Ray express cruiser can be added to your reservation for an additional cost, located on-site, one of the docks along the boardwalk. Call or email for details. Or if you would prefer to rent a boat or PWC there are plenty of boat rental facilities nearby.

This unit is located down 2 flights of steps from the parking lot. And one flight above the lakefront boardwalk and docks.
The Neighborhood:
Indian Pointe is a large 156-unit condo complex. Centrally located right in the heart of Osage Beach. Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Diebergs, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes, HD, Menards, and Movie Theaters, 9 golf courses within 10 miles. Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Lake House 13, and Encore, all are located within minutes of our home. Bldg 1-6 and pools 2 & 3 are on the water's edge, bldg 7-10, pool # 1, clubhouse, and the multi-sports court (pickleball, tennis, basketball) are located on the upper level. One reserved spot is located directly in front of the steps that lead to your unit. Additional open parking spaces are within 10 yards. We do have other units in the same building and spend a good amount of time enjoying the lake. So either we or an onsite representative is available the majority of the time to assist if needed.

Summary: At the last minute, we decided to slip away to the Lake for my spouse’s birthday. This unit was great for our purposes. Easy access to the good restaurants we wanted to dine at, right on the Lake, and quiet. Our dog created one problem and, while we were mortified, the owners couldn’t have been nicer about it. We were going to hike at Ha Ha Tonka one day, but just stayed in and read by the fire.

Summary: (Full disclosure: part of me doesn't want to write a good review, because I don't want the "secret" to get out about how peaceful and cozy this condo is for a winter getaway! haha)We were looking for a quiet, pet-friendly, waterfront spot to enjoy some relaxing downtime before the busy holiday season & that is exactly what we found at this property. This condo is part of a large complex, but in mid-December the whole area was nearly deserted which made for a true retreat-like getaway with very little distraction, noise, traffic, or even people. This was a great location for enjoying the peace & quiet during the cold days (it's on the lowest level at the corner of the building) and we even bundled up to enjoy the deck and watch the ducks (and occasionally the neighborhood cat). The condo's kitchen was well-stocked with all the supplies needed to ensure we didn't have to get out if we didn't want to (although restaurants & grocery stores were only a few minutes away). The large picture windows offered great views of the cove. (However, if guests travel in the off-season like us, keep in mind that this is the time of year that many property owners take advantage of the lack of traffic to do construction projects so there could be some noise ... such as the huge machinery jackhammering the bluff across the cove. Not a big deal, though.) We appreciated that this property allowed pets which made making our travel plans much easier. This was a great stay and we would come back.

Summary: The condo is small but luxurious. Comfy bed and tastefully decorated. The only thing that wasn't immaculate was the gorgeous window wall in the master suite. I'm sure it's next to impossible to keep clean being a on the lake but it would really add to the experience of this adorable condo

Summary: The home is decorated like a magazine. Really enjoyed the view. Everything you need for your stay. I always appreciate having more than one trash bag, paper towel, and dishwasher soap. Location is outstanding. I love door dash and so many close restaurants. Food delivery was fast and hot. Remember there are two flights of stairs any way you go to take your dog out. Always thankful to be able to bring our dog.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway. The condo is decorated adorably ❤️ The “fireplace” was amazing and so nice , especially since we visited during a winter storm. The view of the cove was beautiful. It was very a peaceful stay and loved it being an end unit which gave a bit more privacy from the other condos. Everything we wanted to visit was about 7 min away which was so convenient. The only cons for us was the very, very, firm master bedroom bed, the couch “pieces” aren’t connecting so we spent a lot of time pushing it all back together and the toilet area was very small. We didn’t use the kitchen much but looked it like it was very well stocked. Lots of towels available and loved the shampoo/cond/ body wash provided!
