This charming First Floor condo overlooks the sandy beaches of Little Traverse Bay. It is located near the center of a 26 mile bike path that connects Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The master bedroom and living room each have a private deck and 12 feet of windows for spectacular sunset views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a second full bathroom off the main living area.
Tannery Creek Condominiums are adjacent to Petoskey State Park, tucked away in a private area, and within walking distance to the historic community of Bay View with their wonderful summer music/cultural programs. Only 40 minutes south of Mackinaw Island, and a 15 minute drive to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs.
Restrictions: No Pets. No Smoking. No RVs, boats or trailers are permitted on the premises at any time.

Summary: Very quiet end unit on the ground floor. Moving in and out was easy with a level sidewalk to the nearby parking area. Gorgeous unobstructed bay views from every room. The condo was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The king bed was luxurious and comfortable. Hope to stay again someday.

Summary: We absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Melissa was great with all the information she gave us. We go up to the Petoskey area every fall. If available we will continue to stay here.

Summary: Very clean and everything is as described and shown in the pictures. The 1st floor end unit with two private decks and a direct view of the Little Traverse Bay was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils to cook anything we desired. Owners quickly responded to our emails. No problems at all. We would certainly rent again when we are in the Petoskey area.
