Welcome to the Lakeridge Retreat! A peaceful getaway just 1 block from the lake, this 4 bed/3 bath home is the perfect place for fun and relaxation with the whole family. Complete with pool/foosball tables, a dart board, and whirlpool tub, the home has something for everyone to enjoy. There is also so much outdoor fun to be had located just minutes away from Rec 1 and 2, where you will have full access to the beach, fishing and swimming areas, pickleball/tennis courts and golf course!
More details about the home:
Be welcomed into the living room complete with a fireplace and tv, adjoined to a spacious dining room with seating for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you will need to feed the whole crew, including a stove-top, oven, microwave, and keurig.
The master suite has a king bed, attached to a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and luxurious steam shower.
Head downstairs to the tv/game room where your family will be well-entertained! Cozy up on the large sectional (which also pulls out into a queen bed) for movie night with the whole family, or enjoy some friendly competition at the pool table, foosball table, and dart board. Card games are also included for your enjoyment in the basket on the coffee table.
Downstairs 2 more bedrooms with beautiful king beds are included, as well as a bunk bed room with 4 twin beds for the kids and a full bath. Extra blankets and pillows are included around the home for your lounging comfort, as well as a well-functioning washer and dryer, high chair and plenty of towels and linens for everyone. Bathrooms also include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The home is set up with Starlink wifi.
Access information:
Guests will have access to the entire home and property. You will also have full access to Rec 1 and Rec 2 which are just minutes away from the home. Amenities include beach and dock access, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and the golf course.
Other things to note:
Our home is located within a gated country club community. You will have full access to beach and outdoor amenities. LACC charges a $150 fee (less than 30 day stay) or $100 fee (longer than 30 day stay) to cover use of these spaces.
Additionally, you can bring your boat and use the boat ramps. LACC charges $125 for boat access, good for a week. These fees are not included in the booking costs.
Per LACC rules we cannot allow any pets.

Summary: Really nice property! Spacious inside and very clean. I had no issues staying here. Basic essentials were provided which was a huge plus! Owners were very nice they were checking in with us making sure everything was going good and if we needed anything. The entertainment room was a lot of fun! Really got to enjoy being in this home. Will definitely come back again!

Summary: My husband and I invited a friend to join us at lake almanor for golf and relaxation. This house was great for us! Plenty of room, nice bedding, great tvs, and beautiful decks. The host Kyle was wonderfully accommodating. Highly recommend l!

Summary: I appreciated Kyle reaching out to me several times to keep in touch about the booking and what he could do to solve any problems. The hot weather was the main problem as the property does not have air conditioning. Box fans were appreciated.

Summary: Our stay at Lake Ridge retreat was fantastic! One of our best rental experiences to date…The home was extremely clean and spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. It was nice to stay in a rental home that had nice pillows and bedding, as that is not often the norm! The game room was a huge hit for our family and the private neighborhood was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay easy and enjoyable, and Kyle and Melody were friendly and helpful hosts. 10/10 recommend this place!
