Summary: This fun lake house is in a great location with accessibility to breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, and star-filled sky, however the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I’m not saying we’re clean freaks, but my family of 14 highly considered moving to a different property after the first night. We ultimately stuck through due to our short 4-night stay. We found thick dust on furniture, dead bugs throughout the house, and even a live insect found crawling in our bed. While the property manager was responsive, the offered solutions didn’t fully address our concerns. If cleanliness standards are improved, I believe this could be a much better rental experience

Summary: We had a wonderful time at lake Sinclair. The home was big, beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our extended family. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, only 12 minutes to town, and right around the corner from the marina. The dock was so nice. We spent so much family time out there together, swinging, talking and swimming in the lake. The property manager was easy to reach, and quick to respond when needed.

Summary: This house is huge! The bedrooms and sitting areas are plentiful and are well spread out. We had 16 family members staying there and everyone loved the house and having plenty of room. The dock is amazing and we enjoyed relaxing there in the afternoon/evening. When we arrived we realized the downstairs lakeside bedroom had no window covering and within 2 hours Melinda had that taken care of. We were very impressed! The balcony and bottom patio are nice, with lots of seating. The firepit, surrounded by chairs was also a great bonus. If you have lots of folks and want a great place to stay on the lake, this is it!!

Summary: Great place for a large group. Plenty of beds spread all around the house. Large tables for big group dining together. Pool table was great escape for kids late at night. The personalized ceiling tiles in the basement were a nice touch. Lots of fridge space from kitchen to basement to dock. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Great location on the water with boat ramp and boat rentals within a mile. Deep water was great for swimming and fishing. Close to restaurants and grocery stores for the last minute items.

Summary: This home and property has tons of potential.....plenty of space for a large family. We booked for our son's graduation weekend and had our family and best friends in attendance. There was more space than expected to spread out and enjoy time together. We played games inside and outside. Overall we enjoyed the time and the property. I wish I had known that there were no toys available for us to use as the pictures alluded. (Canoes or kayaks, floats....)There were no floats or games for use on the property. The dock had some toys but they were filthy or in disarray. The dock did not appear to have been cleaned in well over a year. Cob webs, spiders, dried mud and dirt etc. Just filthy. There were no supplies to clean it or I would have. The radio system was covered in cobwebs . The home was really dirty inside and out. Furniture had not been wiped down in a very long time......dead bugs on and around the light fixtures. Corners of rooms dirty....under and around furniture had not been swept or cleaned. There was white dog hair on the carpets. Tubs had dead bugs and caked soap that had dried from previous use. Two bathrooms were not operating well. Clogged toilet in one and one with no running water from one of the faucets. Exterior of home has no been power washed in a very long time. And is well overdue. We could not use the porch furniture until we cleaned it off. We did not complain.....we did send a list of items that we felt the owners should be given to address as I am confident they could not know about these things. We would rent again......we DID have a good time! I will simply be more prepared next time.

Summary: We had a family get together with ages from 6 to 66 and it was great for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms spread out over the house. Loved the dock with part being covered and open, the swings and chairs and the TV and sound system were an added bonus. Great location for grocery and restaurants as well.

Summary: My family of 12 really enjoyed this house, even though the weather didn't cooperate. We had plenty of space to spread out or be together. The dock was the best part of the property in my opinion. There was more than enough room for the boys to fish while the girls laid out (the few hours of sun we had) and for the kids to swim. Caught some good size fish right off the dock also. Rooms were spacious and the property manager was great. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone.

Summary: We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family of 13. The house was great, lots of room to spread out. We were short one bedroom due to water leak from frozen pipe. The property manager worked really hard to get it fixed so we could still come. Thanks so much for that. The basement with pool table was nice, but no heat down there. I would suggest some eclectic heaters for the bedrooms as it was unseasonably cold while we were there. We did a lot of cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had lots of fun and made wonderful memories with our children and grandchildren. Would love to stay again in the warmer seasons to enjoy the lake more.
