Summary: We stayed over Presidents' Day weekend and have an amazing time. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed for two large families. The location and views of lake were wonderful. Our kids played right in the snow right outside the back door, they had sleds to use and we were centrally located to Tahoe City, Incline Village and Northstar for outings. Also, the owners were very prompt in providing directions and answering questions. Highly recommend.

Summary: The owner is very nice and easy to communicate.Especially like the bed upper stair, there are options adjust the firm level, one washer and two dryers. Also some slide board is prepared. Very nice and convenient for family and friends to stay.

Summary: This house was the perfect location for our Tahoe getaway. We really enjoyed the large dock and use of kayaks. The hosts communicated throughout the process and made it an enjoyable experience.

Summary: Fantastic host and home for our 3 generation family vacation. Wonderful location on the lake; loved the convenience of walking down to the dock where we could all gather. Kayaks, SUP, floties, sunbathing, swimming, all made our days fun and relaxing. Best supplied home we have stayed in (plenty of silverware,appliances, plates, food storage, refer/freezer, games, towels, etc.). Kitchen lay-out perfect for meal prep and still being able to interact with family. Location close to restaurants, beaches, rentals, hiking, & market.could not have been a better vacation!

Summary: We have raised our kids, and now grandkids, coming to Tahoe every summer, and this is by far the most beautiful home we have rented and stayed in. The views of the lake from the back of the house are spectacular. The private pier is such a great place to gather, having coffee and breakfast in the mornings or relaxing after a day in the sun with cocktails. The home is immaculate and there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything we could need or want. Amenities are great. The property is lush and green leading down to the lake, much like a beautiful oasis. We all enjoyed picking cherries from the 2 cherry trees! Lisa is a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. We had the most wonderful family vacation and can’t wait to come back next summer to create more memories!

Summary: First I’d like say, Beautiful location and private pier gives this place a 5 ⭐️! Basic needs amenities. It’s a perfect location for summer not so much winter. We would definitely rent again!! only one casino (that we found) in area. Resorts are close but not much more to do. South shore is about 35-40 mins making it pretty stressful to drive while it’s snowing. We tried, it was ruff and scary. As for host, great communication prior to arriving and leaving, but not while we were there. I texted and called Lisa about having issues getting into the house using key pad and key pad not locking, no response. Luckily we figured it out. When we arrived, a guy “The ex-husband”came over and said he was there to see who was renting the house. It was a tad uncomfortable since we weren’t told we would be “watched”. Not a big issue, just weird. I didn’t like that For towels and paper products, blankets, you need to contact host for more. The house has big enough cabinets to supply house with enough for the amount of people renting the place. We were 12 with 12 bath towels for 4 nights and 5 days. So we HAD to wash. Last, the bed sheets in 2 bdr were stained, big yellowish spot and ink with yellow stain on another. Luckily we didn’t sleep in the sheets. I took my own sheets and blankets (my own personal preference) and placed on top of house blankets. Thank goodness I did! I only noticed because on last night I was fixing the bed. All bdr need cable! They currently do not.
