Positive: - great location - the view is the 10 out of 10 - room was clean and tidy - big bathroom - rooms are renovated. - big kitchen. - Hugh living space. - big smart TV
Negative: -In the kitchen, there isn't any basic seasonal stuff like salt & pepper in the cupboard. - Not much toilet tissue provided - dryer isn't working - only a few dishwasher/ washing detergents available. - no hair dryer

Positive: Amazing views, huge house! Family friendly, close to the beach. We did enjoy our stay in this house which has so much potential! It’s quiet, has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, has fantastic living spaces and a lovely feel and flow and can’t ask for better views they are show stopping!
Negative: Front outdoor area/bbq area was unappealing. Bbq needed a deep clean, unusable. Outdoor table setting was dirty, oil stained and dusty. We did not use this area. Front entrance was lacking appeal and needs cleaning and removal of cobwebs, dust, grime and a complete tidy up. We found the drive up to the house lacking the total appeal of what could be totally amazing! Inside the house is huge has many wonderful features yet could be enhanced with detailed cleaning and use of fresh bedding. The (required) extra blankets etc in the closets smelt moldy and were used reluctantly during chilly nights for our elderly parent on his bed. We thought the house overall was tired, dusty, had too many spiders and cobwebs, the kitchen and cupboards needed a good clean. Windows were also dirty! Don’t like to criticise so much but we did pay a premium for a short stay over the festive season!
Summary: Amazing, huge, family friendly beach house with incredible views!

Positive: Lovely large house that comfortably accommodated our group of 6. Great views. Well equiped kitchen. Friendly neighbours who were full of good advice.
Negative: The fireplace pictured has been removed and having the outdoor setting in the carport is an odd choice, but otherwise perfect.
