Summary: Small house very nice. it's quiet and you do not get tired of the view of the lake. the cleanliness is remarkable, the bedding is impeccable. we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful region. Summary: This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The views are spectacular and it's very easy to get to from Rome. It's a great base for exploring the hills and even in November we could sit on the balcony in the sun. The village has a lovely bakery and good restaurants.

Summary: My husband and I had such a nice visit at the Stone House! The village where it is located, Castel di Tora is such a quaint, picturesque location! The house is located in a prime spot to enjoy the view of the hillside. Each bedroom has a nice little balcony where you can sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evenings. Paolo has decorated the home with such nice, up to date appliances, furniture and accessories, but they all blend in so well with the historic build of the home. We were so charmed by the village and area that we were ready to find a place to rent full time! We can't wait to come back and visit again on our next Italian adventure!

Summary: We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Paolo’s lake view house. From the time of booking to post check out he was very informative and helpful, even offering us amazing restaurant recommendations. When we walked in the house we were immediately impressed. Everything so was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We didn’t have the best luck with weather, so we were extra happu about the fireplace with already chopped wood waiting for us. We’re already planning our return in spring to go hiking with Paolo’s guided walking tour and explore more of the area. Grazie mille!

The House is 100% brand new. strong unlimited wifi comfortable latex mattress and, the best, a wonderful Lake View from ALL windows (and from our bed too;) we'll be back! thanks!

Summary: The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking and is worth the climb from the parking lot. This is not a place to go if you don't like to walk uphill and downhill because there are practically no flat places in this very charming town. It is build on the side of a mountain an all roads are with a significant gradient. The house is very nice and in it you will find a lot of good informaiton of activies and restaurants in the area. The owner is very friendly and he also provides a great help with information.

Summary: This home is absolutely beautiful. Each morning is like waking up in a painting. The home is clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Paolo and Melina were wonderful hosts and you will find everybody in the town is very friendly. There were many great restaurants nearby, lots of beautiful hikes, and the lake is really beautiful for swimming and kayaking. I highly recommend this home.
