One of the bathrooms with jacuzzi and scottish shower. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook. Confortable living room with a 42" tv with free netflix , another tv in master bedroom (in suite) with local cable, free wifi is available. Washer and dryer machine are in the apartment too.
You have access to the jacuzzi and a small gym that are located in the building. Parking lot available. Calm and pretty neighborhood. It is close to city center , main roads, restaurants, super markets and the lake.

Summary: Excellent 2 bed 2 bath apartment with expansive views. Excellent washing machine, classy beds and bed linen. Smart TV. Fancy secure garage for 16 cars from 16 apartments. CONS edge of town with parking difficult in the centre, with steep hill to climb walking back - hence the views!! Home cooking is challenging due to a fault with the electric stove-top. The supply cable was installed too small and has deteriorated to the point where current is lost in the circuit and fails to heat the hob element. Not enough heat delivered to boil pasta in less than 45 minutes. The oven can cook pizza OK and there is a small grill/microwave. Poor sound insulation between apartments, with noisy neighbours. Would stay again, but budget for eating out every evening until the stove-top wiring is fixed or any loose connection addressed.

Summary: The apartment was located conveniently near the city center. The views are impressive. The building could use some updating and the apartment is showing a little wear and tear. However, the owner and the property manager were very attentive and helpful.

Summary: Apartment has stunning views of the lake and mountains. All three rooms have each one glass wall with a view. Nice apartment, but maintenance needs improvement. High up, on a hill, reached by car from downtown on a convoluted route, as most streets are one way; however, taxis are very inexpensive. Reaching downtown on foot, however, takes only 15 minutes. Bariloche, of course, is worth the visit, as a premier mountain area starting point and as Argentina's chocolate capital!

Summary: We really enjoyed this apartment. What you see is what you get. Wonderful view, very clean, it has all the essentials. Great location. The reason we only gave it 4 out of 5 stars is what it was lacking. It needs at least one side table beside the couch. The coffee table is very low and hard to reach. I ended up pulling over the trash can and using that to rest my wine glass. The flat can use more wine glasses (only 3). We've rented apartments all over the world and there is usually local information left by the owner, for example, where to get groceries, banks, pharmacies, how to use the laundry, how to work Netflix on the TV, restaurant suggestions, and tour suggestions as well. This flat had none of those. This flat is great for one or two couples or a family. We would definitely rent it again.

Summary: We arrived while the cleaning crew was still at work, but they did a great job cleaning the place. The owner established contact with us through What'sApp and was helpful regarding restaurants and arranging a taxi since we had no car. The property manager does not speak English, but she and her husband helped us figure out the use of the washing machine too. The property has a beautiful view, it's at the top of the hill on a backstreet. The beds were comfortable. The property felt safe and secure. We could have used paper towels or hand towels. When we requested, the property manager provided one. Thanks, Patrice, for your hospitality.
