Positive: It was great to have an apartment in good state and clean, with nice view and with a privat parking. Since we were visiting in low season, the residence had little people so it was calm and spacious.
Negative: the house rules book is a little bit overwhelming, too many don'ts and do's so upon arrival you don't have a feeling that you can just relax. There was no good sponge or dedicated dishwashing product in the kitchen while the house rules stated that the kitchenware has to be clean before putting it into the cupboard. that was tricky to do without good tools in hand.

Positive: Location is perfect. Short walk downhill for a bakery, small supermarket and bar/gelateria. Next town Lenno has a bigger supermarket, nice restaurants and a public beach. Ferry to go to the other side easy to reach.
Negative: Neighbors who you share a patio with are very unfriendly (the appartements are privately owned). We have 2 young children who sometimes make noise.... they shht at them at the terras when we were having breakfast and even when we woke up at around 8 and we were happy chatting in the bedroom they knocked on the wall....made us feel uncomfortable. Pool rules very strict. You get one preassigned sunbed which has to stay in the same location even of that means you have to sit in the sun. You are not allowed to use the other sunbeds or umbrellas. I let my son play in the shade of an other umbrella but it gets put down.
