4 Bedroom House in Gun Barrel City

Beautiful living area with a fabulous view of Cedar Creek Lake. Including seating and accommodation for 16. 4 bedrooms ( 2 have full size bunk beds and one includes a trundle), 3 bathrooms, large living area, 4 TV's, and a 3 level, outside deck with chairs and loungers that allows you to enjoy wonderful sunsets on the water, a boat dock with a fenced in yard and hammock. Boat dock lift is not available to renters but we do have an open whip for a jet ski.
The Gun Barrel City ordinances for VRBO rentals limit the number of cars in a driveway. ours is five, even though it holds more. if you have a need for more than five cars, please consider finding another parking area, and then having someone commute with another member of the family or team to the lake house. house. It is the responsibility of the renters to find area to park in.
This a great place for family fun and family reunions, since our dining table will seat up to 20 people. Do you enjoy fishing? Just walk out on the dock and cast away. In addition we do have a bunk room available with 4 bunkbeds and additional bathroom that can sleep additional guests. You can contact us for the rates if you would like to rent it also. Within a few miles there is a recreation center called Whatz Up with bumper cars, go carts, paintball, pin ball machines, and birthday packages available. In nearby Tool, there is a square dancing hall. There are 2 public 9 hole golf courses as well a semi - private one all within 5 to 15 miles of the house.
Two rules that must be obeyed. The first I mentioned about the parking. please no more than five cars in the parking lot. second. no jumping or diving from the seawall. that is dangerous and could end up with broken limbs or a broken neck. All diving and jumping must be from the dock walkway or the dock, past the stairs.

Summary: A beautiful lakefront home built for family reunions/get togethers. The common areas and dining room table provided room and seating for everyone and our Christmas meal. Great communication from the host!

Summary: The owners of the home were on top of communicating and were eager to help us have a wonderful stay. They made numerous accommodations to help us pull off a great Thanksgiving feast. The Dining table could easily seat as many as 20 and had great views of the lake. There were enough plates, glasses, cups, and silverware for 20 people to eat two meals at least without running out. There are two dishwashers as well which helped tremendously. There were lots of games in the cabinets. The home also comes with two washing machines and clothes dryers. The Back yard has lots of seating arrangements and a fenced deck with a brick fire ring. the Yard is fenced, so it is reasonably safe for little ones. The Dock is aged, but still a great spot for enjoying sunsets. We were very happy with our stay.

Summary: Beautiful house on the lake! Very nice common area for a big group of people. Everybody could sit down and eat together, but sleeping was not super private for adult couples. There are enough beds for 18 people, but only 4 couples if you wanted complete privacy. We used the house for a small family reunion. The out of towners slept at the house while the locals slept at our own houses only 5 minutes away. It worked out perfectly for us. Four couples could share this house very nicely, and accommodate lots of children too. We loved the house and it worked great for us. The house was very clean, warm, and inviting. Most of the time was spent sitting on the deck enjoying the lake. We would stay here again.
