Positive: Location was great and centrally located. Kids loved the video games, putting green and other games. Having tv in most of the rooms was a plus. House was extremely clean and well maintained. Kitchen was wonderful with 2 large fridges. We spent most of our time on the rooftop deck which was beautiful, especially at night w the view of the skyline. Definitely staying here again next year

Positive: The location of the property was amazing. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The inside was super clean, my kids loved the video games and the game room.. The rooftop deck is amazing to relax and get a beautiful view of the downtown Orlando skyline. Would without a doubt stay here again. The host was very communicative.

Positive: The house was very spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 12. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. The location was downtown which was great for the wedding festivities which we were a part of. It was in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood.
Negative: The property needs a lot of work. It’s a beautiful house but in need of repairs. The refrigerator and freezer were not clean, the linens were not adequate and the twin beds/bunk beds were not comfortable. The rooftop area was spacious and nicely furnished but there were uneven deck boards and boards that were falling in which made it feel dangerous to be walking around up there. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived.
Summary: Spacious, historic home in a great location for downtown Orlando however the home needs some TLC!

Positive: Location was perfect. Restaurants and beautiful downtown areas walkable from the house. We had a couple of issues upon arrival, and the host was easy to reach and immediately responsive. The size of the house was great for a larger group, with large living areas.
Negative: Although the house has been remodeled, it is still an aging home. Not all of the appliances were in great condition. The house looks great in the photos, but up close not all of the details measured up. In the description of the house, sleeper sofas were listed for two of the living areas, but upon arrival those did not exist. Gratefully, the host responded quickly by having blow-up beds and sheets delivered. Our group flexed and made it work, but it was not what we expected.
Summary: Impressive brick home in walkable historic district near downtown. Great for groups of travelers.
