Summary: House was as advertised and we had plenty of room to park the boat. Snacks provided were well received after a 12 hour ride.

Summary: Smelled slightly of dog.Very difficult to enter the driveway from the roadway. Very steep decline. Be careful you don't scrape the bottom of your vehicle.
