Summary: 2 TVs in the living room: one didn't work and one only got a few channels. Need to have soft, fluffy towels and a sheet of guidelines that tell what to do when checking out. Strip beds? etc.

Summary: The unit was very well appointed, we were very comfortable in the house. Wish the weather would have been better but we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The property was nice and easy to find. Inside was clean and the views from the balcony was everything you could imagine. The host was so nice and understanding with my flight being canceled and i couldnt make it the very 1st night of my booking . She offered me an extra day to stay due to this happening for free. Only con about this property was the TV . There were no TVs in the rooms and there was only one TV that was functional for the whole condo which was in the living room and that was a old TV. I will say there was a flat-screen TV next to it but it wasn't connected to any cable. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this property. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Summary: Family celebration. Condo is spacious and great location. Boat slip was perfect for our family. Would recommend owner provide more information on operating tv etc, also no check out instructions were provided. We just tried to follow instructions from previous VRBO rentals. We would definitely recommend and return to the condo

Summary: Condo was very spacious and clean. Owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Answered fast when asked questions. The views from the back porch were wonderful. Very peaceful With a great breeze most of the time. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of birds, squirrels to watch and listen too. Only downside was the pool is in the next complex, not to far away but far enough we had to drive to it. But once there, there were plenty of chairs, tables, bathrooms and umbrellas to spend the day at the pool and close enough to see family from pool boating / tubing in the channel. It was nice for my son’s boat to have its own boat slip right outside behind our condo. Public boat ramp near the pool. It was nice to be able to fish off the docks in the area. (If you don’t have a boat) We would recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again. 👍👍
