Summary: My wife and I were looking for a quick get away, Keiths cottage was perfect. It had water access to the south bay where we were able to kayak and enjoy watch the bird activity. The home was super clean and had plenty of space to relax. It was a quick drive to the shops and restaurants in downtown Newport. Keith was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would defiantly stay here again.

Summary: My sisters and I rented this cabin while visiting family in Newport and Orleans. It was very comfortable for the four of us. We absolutely loved the screened porch. The cabin has everything you could need. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, coffee pot, ect…. The only thing we couldn’t do was have a bonfire due to the Mosquitoes. The setting is definitely quite and relaxing.

Summary: The location was beautiful. So very relaxing. We were close to town and all of it amenities while having a private retreat with amazing views of the river. Our host was so kind and accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality.

Summary: The cottage is rustic looking but has all of the essentials including a washer/dryer, fantastic shower, loads of hot water, comfortable beds, heat for those chilly Vermont mornings, and a great kitchen. The screened in porch is wonderful. The location is fantastic; so quiet at the end of a dead end but about 8 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Walmart. Keith, the owner, is an absolute pleasure. Immediate responses to our questions and wonderful to deal with. You will definitely enjoy the "get away from it all vibe" and the wildlife all around you! Have fun!

Summary: My wife and I spent two weeks at the cabin. It is a wonderful place, with an amazing screened-in porch with a great view of the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great location. Keith responded promptly and obligingly to all of our requests. It is a perfect place to relax, the town of Newport has just enough going on, We brought out kayaks and were able o go out on the lake and take them on river trips in the surrounding area. We were 15 minutes from the Canadian border and went over twice to kayak and have pastries! We highly recommend the place for a relaxing vacation
