This gorgeous lakefront house and property boasts a completely level acre lot and a four bedroom, three full bath 2,400 square foot home. Additional benefits include parking for twelve cars and city water and sewer - no hassles with water lines or septic issues! The entire second floor is the master bedroom and large master bathroom, as well as an office overlooking the lake. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (one en-suite). All three bathrooms were entirely renovated in the past six months. There is a large family room, formal dining room with seating for ten, and a sunroom for indoor entertaining. A large back deck with seating for ten and a fire table, as well as a platform deck over the water combine for an excellent outdoor entertainment area. Large, level front and back yards (including a fire pit) are perfect for cornhole, croquet, or a fun family game of football. A new hot tub overlooking the lake for cooler nights (perfect for star gazing!) completes the perfect outdoor area. The property includes kayak, bikes, floats (including large "fun island"), cornhole and lawn games. Come and enjoy all this incredible area has to offer!
