We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
-Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.
- Guests must register with the host at least 48 hours prior to arrival for community access to avoid late registration fee. For last minute bookings, guest will have to shoulder the late registration fee that is charged by the HOA. Thank you for your understanding.
