Clear Lake is roughly 100 acres, not a big lake by any means. Only half the lake is developed so there's very little boat traffic. It's quiet and peaceful. The lake is an all-sports lake. Ideal for swimming, tubing, skiing, fishing, etc. Michigans Adventure, Cedar Creek Golf, and Cedar Creek Trails are all within 5-15 minutes.

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying that this lake house, and we loved it! The house has everything you need. My kids (4 & 6) loved the bunk room. We swam, fished, played in the sand, kayaked, and made excursions to Grand Haven and Fremont. For a fun and relaxing stay, book this house!

Summary: This cabin was the perfect little paradise for my young family. I thought the cabin was nice and spacious (but not too nice that I was worried my kids would destroy it). The bedrooms were spacious, with high ceilings. Though only one bathroom, it too was large. They had so much to entertain the kids; fishing, kayaking, the swing was a hit, and hours and hours on the floating raft. My 10 year old said it was the best vacation we've been on, and we've been on a lot of vacations. They played in the water everyday! Even on the rainy days. It was very accommodating. I wanted to go to a place where we could be and not have to go and do. They had everything we needed!

Summary: This was our second time staying at this lakehouse and both times were great. The house has plenty of linens, kitchen is well stocked, and there are lots of board games in the game cabinet if it’s rainy outside. Cory is quick to respond if we had questions. We plan to come back again sometime, probably in a warmer season.

Summary: The property is everything you need for a great family time away! We try to explore different parts of Michigan each year, but our stay last year was so good we opted to repeat this year and were not disappointed! The beach and swim area are great for kids of all ages. The water just off the beach stays sandy and shallow for a little ways for the little ones and the older ones enjoyed the floating pad out in the deeper water. Use the provided kayaks or bring your own and explore the undeveloped side of the lake where the big bass are! The house is clean and modern and hosts are very responsive.

Summary: Our family had an amazing time at Cory's lake house. The rental had everything a family could possibly need. The highlight of our stay was the private beach with all of the included amenities. The beach was absolutely perfect for hanging out, relaxing, going kayaking, swimming, and having bonfires. There are many beautiful beaches in Western Michigan, but we didn't feel the need to go anywhere because we enjoyed the lake house so much. Our family highly recommends this rental for any family looking for the perfect serene vacation!

Summary: We stayed here for a last minute get away. The house was beautiful and clean. The beach and lake area were amazing and the sunsets were spectacular. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the area next to the cottage where public can launch their boats -due to a man sitting in his chair and swimming right in that area it was a bit awkward but honestly he didn’t stay long but I could see that being an issue for some who like privacy like myself. My sons caught a ton of fish -large bass and blue gill. The double ovens were nice but the top oven made the smoke alarm go off our first night. I heated the oven up but when I opened the door to put my cookies in the smoke alarm went off which I made the owners aware because it made me nervous to use the ovens. I would definitely rent this place again for to the lake, fishing, beach nights, swinging, and watching the sunsets. You really don’t have to leave the cottage! Thank you for letting our family stay at your place we honestly loved it and enjoyed ourselves.
