Your family vacation starts here! Little Silver Hart Cottage is family oriented, come for business or just wanting to get away. Our two-bedroom, one and a half bath two level home that can sleep a family or a group of six with a pull-out queen bed in the couch located in the downstairs family room. You can wake up to the morning sunrise overlooking the lake with a cup of coffee sitting in the screened in porch, or spend time on the sandy beach and enjoy the lake by kayaking, fishing or using the four-person paddle boat. We are on Hart Lake (also known as Little Silver Lake). It’s an all sports lake with gradual depth so it's great for kids. Enjoy the evening fires (wood included) making "S'more" family memories around the stoned fire pit. Manistee National Forest is just up the road for hiking, snowmobiling, or ATVs. The cottage is centrally located for those who wish to visit Cedar Point's Michigan's Adventure, Muskegon winter sports complex to enjoy the famous LUGE, or ice skate, snow shoe and cross country ski through trails.Muskegon state parks, and the farmers market located downtown with small retail shops to explore. We are also close to area restaurants, golf courses, disc golf, wineries, and breweries, shopping, grocery stores, churches, theaters, and close to the Blue Lake fine art camp. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood that has all the amenities of home with fresh linens, bath/beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We have high speed internet, WiFi to work away from home or to view the U tube app on rocku we provide for those who wanting just to stay in and relax. There are board games and a foosball table for rainy days, as well as yard and sand toys for the ones wanting to be spent outside. Little Silver Hart Cottage is a wonderful place to kick back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. See you soon!there is camera use on front yard facing driveway and back deck facing doorway! We shut off cameras on back deck during guest stay for privacy. The front camera remains on for security reasons only. This property is only for 6 guests or less.

Summary: We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The home was so clean and had everything that we needed. There was only me and a friend, but this home has so many different areas that it would be great for many visitors. I loved the decor, and Cindy was so helpful when I asked questions while setting the reservation. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. 10/10!!!

Summary: This was a great house for a lake getaway. The house is well appointed. The host was very responsive in communication and we had no issues with our stay. The sunporch and deck are great places to hang out and the sandy beach was great for my preschooler to play. It was nice to have the paddle boat to go out onto the lake. The house was very clean and had small touches that were great like beach towels, a snack basket, and lots of sand toys. There were great instructions on how to use everything in the house and it was wonderful to have the kitchen cabinets labeled. The upstairs is on the smaller side so the rooms are very close together. This worked great with our family and we could go downstairs when the kids were asleep so we didn’t wake them. The location is nice to get to several areas of Lake Michigan to explore. Overall, a great house and a great stay.

Summary: Our family had such a wonderful time! It is so cozy with easy access to the lake where our kids spent every sunny moment playing in the water and sand. They have such a cute selection of toys and games for the kiddos. Amazing views of the lake from the deck and upper screened in porch. It was exactly what we were looking for :)

Summary: Really gave us what we wanted, a beautiful setting right on a pretty lake, not as far a drive as up north from Detroit so we could make it a shorter trip but still have a wonderful time swimming and relaxing. Enjoyed the hummingbirds flitting about and a beautiful blue heron. Kayaked and swam, and enjoyed Cindy’s courtesy which we had a number of opportunities to need since I fumbled a bit with the lease agreement and left some important things behind which she notified me about fast enough for us to turn around and pick up. Thanks!

Summary: We had a great stay at Little Silver Hart Cottage. We dropped our son off at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and decided to spend a few days vacationing with our daughter. This cottage provides a great place to relax and enjoy some outdoor life fishing and kayaking. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Cindy, the owner, was always available to answer any question we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.
