Remodeled from head to toe March 2021. New kitchen, HVAC, roof, windows, floors, paint, master bath, and more. . Enjoy time on the lake at this spacious home located at the end of a cove on High Rock Lake. Located on a level lot with 220 feet of lake frontage on 1.25 acres, a private dock and over an acre of property, this vacation spot will be a great place to create and share memories with your friends and family.
Bring your watercraft, rent one locally, or just enjoy the scenic views and wooded property. There is plenty of space for your whole family. Fish from the floating pier/dock, or swim in the lake. The Dock will hold 2 boats and there is a separate Jet Ski/Wave Runner Dock as well. Enjoy easy access to the lake with your own boat. There are no bridges to worry about when accessing the main lake from our cove which is centrally located on the lake. Since we are at the end of a cove on the lake, there is little to no boat traffic near our property, making for a quiet and serene experience when spending time lakeside.
The layout of this house will allow even the largest groups to feel spread out. The kids will love spending time in the camouflage themed bunkhouse room. Complete with 2 bunk beds and mattresses decked out in cammo linens with a flat screen TV and DVD player. This room sleeps 4 with plenty of space to lounge around and watch movies, play games, and create memories.
Enjoy a cookout in the backyard or on the screened in patio. Spend time with your family at the lakeside patio. Enjoy the stone fire pit on the patio down by the lake for evening campfires. Eat meals on the picnic table by the dock. Watch the sunset from the backyard over the lake and once the sun goes down, take advantage of the open floor plan this home has to offer. Play games with the family or just spend time with relaxing with your family or friends.
There are 4 bedrooms as well as a separate sitting room off the master bedroom suite with a full pull out sofa (replaced in 2022) in addition to the spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. This home can comfortably sleep 10-12 people.
Enjoy all of the comforts of home. From high speed wireless internet, several flat screen TV's and DVD players, new appliances, a gas grill, board games, a toaster, microwave, basic cooking items, and coffee maker - we have you covered.
Use our home during one of the championship fishing tournaments held on the lake each year. Summary: We found this property for a wedding and it was very convenient for getting to the venue. The property was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the dock and fishing. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The neighbors were friendly and we would definitely stay again!

Summary: We spent Thanksgiving weekend here - Wednesday-Sunday. The kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, dishes, glasses, and silverware you’d need for a big dinner. We only had to bring enough baking pans for our sides. We loved the layout of the house- plenty of room to gather in the common area, but enough rooms to spread out when it was time to rest. The house is clean and nice, and still comfortable enough that we didn’t have to be overly paranoid about our 2, 6, and 7 year olds breaking anything. We loved hanging out on the dock and the kids loved playing in all of the leaves. This house is also in a great location - quiet neighborhood yet 15-30 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The water pressure is terrific, however, keep that in mind as the hot water runs out quickly. We learned very quickly to space out our baths/showers to give the water heater time to refill. We will definitely keep this property in mind when visiting again. It was perfect for our extended family’s getaway.

Summary: The house was nice and as advertised other than the AC not working for our first night. I reached out to the property management and they got it fixed the next day. Very attentive response and the house was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our group is looking at returning to it next year!

Summary: The home was beautiful and clean. The grounds were fabulous: dock, fire pit, grill, and screened in porch. We had some minor issues (TV streaming did not work after tropical storm and a few ants in the kitchen), but the owners helped us figure things out including bringing a Fire Stick to the house and pointing out the ant spray which worked relatively well. One major issue was that the bathroom door could not be shut completely because it would stick closed and took two people to open it. There were spiders but not more than you’d expect at any lake house! We spent the days on the lake, at Carowinds, napping, fishing, having a fire, and enjoying the birds and fish. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Great property for the guys to stay and fish at High Rock Lake. This is our second time to stay at this house. The one negative we experienced this time was the house had some visitors( had some mice). We did not contact the property manager about this.

Summary: This property was pretty clean. I'm not sure if it was the lack of rain, but we didn't even attempt to get in the water...it was just plain yucky. This property could benefit from more lighting in the living room and nightstands in all the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the screened in porch would have been awesome. BTW, the guest/hall shower was TINY. I feel confident in saying that was only about 24" wide. It was overall a very comfortable stay with plenty of room. If we decided to go back to High Rock Lake, we would consider staying here again.
