Come make memories in this 3 bedroom + loft home spanning 150 linear feet of lakefront beauty. Vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace add wow factor to main living area. Expansive lawn and plenty of space for yard games, BBQ's and fire pit hang outs. Imagine starting your day sipping coffee on the dock or the porch and ending your day with your favorite beverage in front of the fire pit. Listen for the loons!!!
Enjoy your own private dock for swimming, sunbathing, fishing and kayaking. In addition to the two kayaks provided with the rental at no charge, you can swim out to an inflatable dock. House includes kitchen essentials, a large dining room table to gather around for breakfast (can you smell the coffee and bacon?), cozy furniture around a beautiful stone fireplace with a pellet stove, and a screened in porch big enough to dine in, overlooking the mountains with a spectacular view of sunset. You’ll appreciate the rustic feel while enjoying the comforts of home: comfortable mattresses, a well equipped kitchen, gas grill, and tasteful decor.
Neal Pond is 1 mile long by half a mile wide. Its a quiet lake with few motor boats and no jet skis allowed.
Note: per boating laws, anyone 12 and under must wear life jackets. We require anyone using our kayaks and paddle board to also wear a lifejacket, regardless of age.

Summary: We enjoyed kayaking and cooking s'mores on the bonfire. The neighbors are friendly we say hi and they come out to the street and they like to chat. There is a lot of games to play for my grandchild. It was great Fun For All.

Summary: If you are looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time with friends, family look no further!! The lake is peaceful and quiet NOT overrun with boaters. I didn't have to worry about my kids out on kayak's etc... The owners have everything covered that you could possibly need from crock-pot to board games! We thoroughly enjoyed the days on the water and nights by the fire. The nights that were to cold to be out we settled inside at the large kitchen table and played games. It was the perfect place to disconnect from crazy hectic lives and reconnect with friends and my kids!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The lake is clean and peaceful. Camp was as expected, raft, paddle board and kayaks were great to have use of. Adria was friendly and attentive. Would recommend. The Roys.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Vermont on Neal pond. This is a great spot that my family and friends enjoyed and we will be back in the future. The neighbors where very friendly and sitting by the fire every night listening to the loons and watching the stars was very enjoyable. Fishing and kayaking were also great. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds are very comfortable and the living room is cozy. The kitchen. and outdoor grill worked out great and local breweries and resteraunts were not far away.

Summary: Our stay here was idyllic. The house is perfectly situated on the waterfront. Neal Pond is a quiet and serene lake with fantastic views. Sunsets and smores by the firepit were a favorite for the whole family. Breakfast in the screened porch viewing the lake and it’s wildlife was medicine for the soul. We all enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The house is very rustic but everything we needed for a comfortable stay for eight people, including four children, was available. We were so happy hanging out and enjoying the lake that we hardly left the property, aside from some absolutely beautiful walks locally, including Weeks State Park. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to another stay soon.

Summary: We had a great time staying here! The house has plenty of space for our family plus my in laws to stay comfortably. The owners have done some nice updates, while still keeping that lake house feel. We hiked, we made s’mores, we played board games, we relaxed. Will be back when the weather is warmer so we can swim and paddle board too!!
