Positive: The home was about 20 minutes from Hot Springs, near a small lake. The facilities were very clean and very comfortable. We had 6 people in our group, and we had plenty of room for our things and for relaxing. We loved the peacefulness of being out away from town but not too far.
Negative: There were not enough adult life jackets available (only 2 that we found and we could have used 4), but we did fine without them. We had to go to the store for more toilet paper. Not a big deal as the store was 10 minutes away!
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home! It was perfect for our stay.

Positive: It was a cute and perfect little spot for a relaxing stay, and the kids enjoyed the property. Everything you need was there.it was very clean and tidy,
Negative: I was hoping the water was clearer. The kids enjoyed the lake, but I couldn't get in because there was no ladder or way to get out of the lake. I'm a little older and was afraid if I got in that there would be a problem getting out. The kayaks were great, but the paddle boat does not work. I still greatly enjoyed this place and would definitely stay there again. But next time I'll bring a ladder, 😆

Positive: Plenty of everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of blankets, towels, pillows. Beds were comfortable.
Negative: Everyone in the back room got bit. They look like bed bug bites.

Negative: There was something that was biting everyone and we had little red spots that were itchy, possibly fleas.

Positive: Loved the time in this beautiful home! All the amenities that came with the home was fantastic. I would recommend this home to everyone I know or meet. The yard was awesome all the way down to the water. Absolutely no stickers! Fire pit was fun for a quick smore feast. Just to hot while we were there since it was over 100 degrees while there. I will definitely do it again.
Negative: Only thing that was just a bit of a bummer is that the pump for the slide was not operable probably due to a freez. Though easily rectified by a salad bowl to scoop water with and pour down the slide.

Positive: everything was clean. The location was beautiful and they had a water slide, canoes and a paddle boat to play with. I would go back in a heartbeat!
