Summary: Beautiful view. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. We ate on the balcony overlooking the water. Beda were very comfortable. Several pillows to choose from. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious, with two large bedrooms that can accommodate a pack and play or trundle bed. The balcony overlooking the boat dock and lake was my favorite spot. Plenty of room for the family to gather, drink/eat while taking in the view. 15ish mins depending on traffic to downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs, and Hill Wheatley Park for lake swimming. Boat rentals are nearby as well, though we had to cancel our reservation due to the wind. I would stay here again.

Summary: The unit was on the lake and had great views. Although it was in a quiet area, it was minutes to stores and restaurants. There was only one tv and no instructions for operation.

Summary: Good location. Close and convenient parking. Kitchen is obviously dated and all the contents are no different. (Never did find kitchen garbage bags or measuring cups.) The water heater needs a break after two showers. Disappointed by the lack of communication… one morning a random person showed up on the deck to apparently work on it.

Summary: This was the perfect place for my family and I. I cooked our meals, the kitchen had what was needed to do that. We spent the mornings sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We brought our boat and it was super convenient to have a boat slip.We hope to stay here again.
