Summary: Pics didn't really match where we stayed. We thought it's was an actual condo and it was more like an apartment.

Summary: Property was very clean and we liked our location across from the cove's beach and playground. Very friendly owner. Rented wave runners and a boat and that process was fairly smooth. It's a large property -- larger than I envisioned -- so there's a lot of distance to cover between accommodations, restaurant/office, and marina. We had a family of 6, so just did drop offs and pickups with our vehicle. Otherwise, a golf cart rental would be helpful. Kids loved the pool. Not very big but great "baby pool" and clean. The only concern I had was unique to our situation with a toddler: the picnic tables on the balconies were a nice, but more of a risk to us, as the little one could easily scramble up on a bench and lean out over the railing. Even when you're vigilant, little ones move fast! The condos are set up on a hill, with the upper level's back doors at ground level and the fronts up high with a balcony.
