This is the perfect entertaining open floor plan home with so much to offer. Every room has hardwood floors, bedrooms all have large closets with 2-master bedrooms complimented with full bathrooms. There are a total of 3 full baths and 1 half bath. Main level has shiplap on the ceilings and walls, views of Lake Guntersville that will take your breath away from the open floorplan kitchen/living room. The large kitchen offers a granite covered island as well as a dining table that can fit the whole family. After stepping outside onto your covered deck you can sit and relax on your patio furniture or grill on the dual charcoal / propane grill if you choose. Just off the deck you can fish or take a swim off the pier that leads to the boathouse with an upper deck that will maximize your views of the sun setting behind the mountains and reflecting off the deep Lake which will give you day or evening cruises all year long. If a fire on the outdoor fireplace is what you and the kiddos are after we have that as well as a sitting area while you roast your marshmallows. There are so many more amenities that await you, come on over and enjoy your piece of paradise and bring your boat or waverunner, I'll make some room in the boathouse for you.

Summary: The property was very nice. It was clean and well stocked. We had a blast. Caught a bunch of fish and made some wonderful memories.

Summary: This home meets all of our needs! Quiet, plenty of room, nice swimming spot, and great fishing! The home is stocked perfect for home away from home! Since the location is downtown Guntersville you have access to two very good grocery stores, good fast food within walking distance and two very good restaurants Wintzells Oyster House and Top of the River. The game room is awesome! Eric, the owner is the best! He tries to meet every need that arises and provide any help! We are repeat renters and will be back again!

Summary: The house is ok, needing paint and other upkeep attended to. It had a significant ant problem and the pots were not suitable for use due to peeling nonstick coating. The ice maker also did not work. The owner says he has addressed these issues since our stay, but they were issues for us nonetheless. We were surprised to have so much road noise; not knowing the area before we booked we didn’t know the road immediately next to the house is very busy and noisy. Overall it was a disappointing destination. :-(

Summary: We had six guys coming in from 3 different states for a fishing trip. Excellent spot for this! Year round deep water and the dock was just steps from the house. Nice central spot for us to watch football at night and hang around the fire pit. Had a great time with the guys and will be back next time we go to Guntersville.

Summary: Very clean and convenient location to Guntersville businesses and restaurants. Grandkids loved the game room and jumping off the boathouse platform. Really nice deep water around the property and no eel grass. Check in and check out was very easy. Eric is really responsive to messages.
