Summary: We cannot say enough about how amazing this house was. It easily accommodated the three families I visited with - giving everyone enough space to spread out when need be. The outdoor spaces truly made our stay. We loved the second level veranda and the level grassy yard was perfect for our kiddos to run around on. The neighbors were all so kind and friendly and the host was top notch - responsive, attentive and very welcoming.

Summary: We had come up to LG to pay our last respects to my father in law who had recently passed away and find closure as a family. My FIL and family have spent the greater part of 50+ years visiting LG every summer. COVID had ruined a trip to NY in 2020 & 2021 so we were finally able to rent David’s beautiful lakefront home this past summer. The house was very clean, well thought out in design and was able to accommodate our group. Morning breakfasts and family dinners were had on the upstairs outdoor deck with a gorgeous view of LG! The rooms were spacious and beds all very comfortable. The grill was a nice touch and they also provide fire wood as a convenience so that you can enjoy a nice quiet end to the day with a fire in the stone pit down near the water. The view of the stars was crazy as you could see the entire sky lit up with constellations and shooting stars! It was also nice to wake up and walk less than 100 feet to enjoy morning coffee on the dock, watch the sunrise over the mountains and enjoy the tranquility of the lake. The neighbors were very friendly and this property is one of the quietest and less busy parts of the lake I’ve ever seen. We took daily kayak rides to Prisoner Island and “explore” with the kids without the fear of much traffic. The property is about 5-15 minutes from the middle of historic Ticonderoga, many battlefields, forts, cannons and the largest ice cream cones in the country at the Wind Chill Factory! The host David was amazing with his communication and provided a much needed sanctuary for our family during an emotional time for us. This house/property is a must rent if you ever visit Lake George. We are truly appreciative of our time/visit in David’s home as it was one of most memorable trips we’ve had to LG. Thanks so much again for sharing your home with us!

Summary: We stayed at this lovely property for our son’s week-long wedding extravaganza with some family members. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The home is very clean and up-to-date and the property is gorgeous with amazing views & sunrises. We liked having two separate living quarters. David is fantastic with communicating and answers any questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay here again!
