Summary: The house was comfortable and perfect for our family. There was a great hill by the house the kids could sled down. Only issue we had was neighbor was a bit confrontational- screaming from his house that the kids were making too much noise at 10 a.m. while they were playing in the snow. Other than that - great area.

Summary: Home was clean and beautiful. The view was gorgeous! There were a few issues that were rectified I would quickly. I would suggest having pellets for the wood burning stove for guests. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Summary: Property manager was great - always available and quick to respond. Unfortunately, she had to respond to a number of things. Biggest bummers were that the 'newly repaired' dock was useless as it was coming apart and very dangerous to walk on, and that the basement was unlivable as it smelled strongly of mold. Nice location, great view of lake, well stocked kitchen. Definitely needs a lot more TLC.

Summary: My multigenerational family enjoyed canoeing, kayaking, ping pong, billiards, pop a shot, and the fire pit. Steep stairs to the upstairs shower make it tough for anyone with mobility issues . Very quiet location yet near to shopping and trains to NYC.

Summary: This property was a great location that was the base for our excursions to Patterson, Warwick and Walkill. It suited our needs perfectly and we were very comfortable. Good communication with the property managers. No big issues.

Summary: Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay- we were two families with 7 kids and the activity room was really fun. The house was nice and well kept and I can tell the owners put a lot of thought and effort into it. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a thoughtful gift. Plenty of sleeping space and hang out space. We originally wanted this location for the lake but you can't really swim there. The dock is completely overrun by lily pads - we did use the boats but that was even somewhat of a challenge getting by all the roots. My main complaint is the property management company in charge of communication. They took days to respond to my emails and seemed to be speaking another language. I work in vacation rental communication and I know how important guest communications are - I would recommend these owners find another PMC to manage their property.

Summary: we were able to have all 3 of our children, with 2 of their spouses and bridal party for my daughter stay with us for the weekend. There were plenty of things to entertain during downtime. Rooms were comfortable and location was convenient to wedding activities.
