Summary: The property was very big, which served it's purpose for our group. A number of things didn't work - the filtered water in the fridge, the ice function, many of the lights, games, etc. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and having enough beds for everyone was great. The best part of the property is the deck that overlooks the backyard and pond. If you want to be close to town, this is not the best place to stay, but if you're looking for a large secluded property, this is your spot.

Summary: I rented this house for my daughters graduation weekend from near by Hartwick College. We arrived with 13 family members for the weekend celebration. Upon arrival we noticed that the refrigerator was filthy. My wife had to clean the refrigerator before we could put our food in. One of the Queen beds had sheets with stains on it. There were no extra bed linens to be found. One of the double ovens wasn’t working. A shelf in one of the kitchen cabinets was being supported by dishes from the lower shelf. After purchasing propane we found out that the bbq grill only ignites half way. One of the bunk beds had a broken support slat. The doorknob for the primary bedroom bathroom was falling off. The outdoor string lights would not turn on. The karaoke machine was “out of order”. One of the double ovens was “out of order”. There was no ironing board or iron. You will notice that pieces of the siding of the house is missing. I’m not one to leave an all negative review so here’s the positive. The grounds and lake are beautiful. We all enjoyed the game room. The main living area is a great place place for family and friends to get together. Overall the house is poorly maintained.

Summary: We greatly appreciated the spaciousness of this property, which comfortably accommodated 5 families staying together while our kids played at CASV. The lower level game room was a big hit with all of the kids, as was the lake (although they were disappointed that there did not appear to be any fish to be caught). There was some record-breaking heat the week we were there, so a few nights were uncomfortable with no AC, but the other nights that were cooler were just fine with open windows and fans. One breaker was clearly overloaded, as it kept tripping while we were trying to make dinner in the oven and there were a few minor safety issues like loose railings and a large loose tile being left out on the deck, but otherwise no major issues during our stay and the property managers were very responsive to every message I sent before and during our stay. Would highly recommend to any large groups looking for a comfortable stay together.

Summary: Great house, all the amenities you could dream of. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the access to the house is a bit tricky. A very long unpaved bumpy road/driveway. As long as that doesn’t bother you then no reason not to stay here.

Summary: Rented this house for Cooperstown (All -Star village.) Only 10-15 minutes away from the fields. Awesome game room for adults and kids. The kids loved jumping in the pond and the adults watched from the deck. The only drawback is no AC and we had a few electrical issues. Overall beautiful location!
