I offer a full refund to anyone who cancels IF I am able to secure a booking for the day(s) that you cancelled. So even though the VRBO listing says you will not get a refund if you cancel, I would provide you with a per day refund IF I get someone else to rent during any of the specific days that you had booked.

Summary: If I could give 6 stars I would. Everything and more was provided. Host was very easy to work with. Beautiful setting, amazing sunsets. Hope to rent again. Great for family gatherings.

Summary: Bill met us for check in and was extraordinarily hospitable. View was great, hot tub was a hit, Is a few miles from Brighton on a beautiful lake. Available boats were nt used by us this time but we'll be back! Beds were super comfortable and loved the downstairs 6 shower head full body shower. There is construction finishing up next door which was a little noisy the last day but we were warned ahead of time. Good parking and easy access in and out of house with just one step down and one step up.
