Summary: Second year at this wonderful lake retreat. Large home on easy to access lake property. Plenty of room for the whole family (6 of us). Clean and well appointed. Two bathrooms are a definite plus. Hot tub, two kayaks, a paddle board and a canoe available for use. Swimming raft too. Pontoon for additional rent. Very scenic area with access to several lakes. Town of Iron River is close for grocery runs and there are several good restaurants. (The Spot, Delta Diner, The Other Place). We ordered pizza delivered one night also. A winery in town (White Winter) and nearby Oulu Glass are favorites. Owners were very responsive. Loved it!

Summary: My partner and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t have had a better stay. The photos don’t do it justice— the lake is beautiful and peaceful, the home is cozy, and the view from the deck can’t be beat. Would highly recommend!!

Summary: Great location on Twin Bear Lake of the Pike Chain of Lakes! Comfy and cozy with just the right number of modern necessities. Owners are great and easy to get a hold off when we had questions. I would recommend that if you take the pontoon out, make sure the gas tank is full and if want to your all the lakes it can get to, you take the extra tank of gas with you. We would consider staying again if we get back to that part of the state.

Summary: Very nice. Spacious and clean with enough amenities to keep everybody happy (kayaks, a canoe, pontoon, fishing, swimming , hot tub, walking). Great level access to the lake. Many lakes to explore in the boats. House sleeps a larger family. Plenty of rooms even when raining. Wi-fi and two TVs for our modern lifestyle. Very clean and well kept. Kitchen was adequately stocked and there is a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Perfect. Plan to return. Five stars.

Summary: Lots to love here. Lake is actually a chain of lakes so it is wonderful boating fun. We kayacked every day...even took out the paddleboat one day. Hot tub in the evening couldn't be better. House is comfortable and clean except for a few stains on the carpet (pet friendly), that had obviously been cleaned and no odors. Lovely views

Summary: We had THE BEST week at this well-appointed cabin!. The property lot is very level/zero elevation, just steps away from the beautiful sandy bottomed beach. Whole family (ages 9 to 75) swam in the lake and used the hot tub day and night! Beds were very comfy. The cabin doesn’t have central air, but a very large portable unit sits in the living room. Plus, all the ceiling fans and standing fans kept things plenty cool (and we had some hot days!). Kitchen could use some additional pans, specifically metal or Pyrex baking dishes 9x13, 9x9 etc. as there are none. Also a set of measuring cups, both dry and liquid, plus measuring spoons, please? :) We have already rebooked for next year!!
