Please note, due to the close proximity to the lake, guests should closely supervise young children when outside to ensure they are safe around water.There is strictly NO BOAT access down the shared driveway for 127, 129 and 131, OR neighbouring driveways along Spencer Rd. Guests with boats will either need to keep them parked at Boat Shed Bay or at the Stoney Point Reserve carpark. Boat launching is available at both of these locations. Please contact Bachcare if you require an alternative boat storage option during your stay.Please note that there is limited mobile phone reception at this property due to the remote location.Please note that there is a maximum of 10 adults allowed at this property at all times.Please note a bond of $750 may be charged at certain times of the year.
