Summary: Had a great time on this stay. Grizz and Robin were honest, up front about any issues we may encounter there and very friendly. And that was before we even got there. Once we arrived, we were greeted by them and were the best neighbors. The property was clean with plenty of room for 6 adults to occupy for the weekend. Scenery was beautiful and surroundings very quiet and peaceful. All my friends and family loved it and said they definitely want to come back, maybe during winter for a little bonfire outside.

Summary: Eric and Robin are top notch owners! They are nearby the property and were always willing to help. A tropical storm arrived and Eric was ready with alternative accommodations if needed. The property is cute and filled with all necessities. It’s close to Lake Corpus Christi State Park. I highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Summary: This was our second time staying at this place. Grizz and Robin are top notch people. They treat you more like family than a guest. I can’t recommend them as hosts enough. As far as the property, its always clean and the view is amazing.

Summary: Found this property while searching for a smaller town on the centerline of the annular eclipse and booked in February. From the beginning, Robin reached out and already gave us a great feeling about our stay. Days before our arrival, Robin reached out again to find out when we were coming and to provide directions. Day of our arrival, air in home was turned on, code to door provided, and everything we would need prepared. When we walked in, we were so impressed. The property was so much more than what pictures showed. AND, our hosts spent meticulous time ensuring we had what we needed beforw and during our stay. Even our pup Malcolm was warmly welcomed. We highly recommed this beautiful stay. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: You’re not ever gonna find a hotel or in this case a HOME where you’re treated like a neighbor and not their guest who just rented their home for the weekend! Amazing hospitality and all around genuine couple, who made our experience exceptional! Turned into a proposal weekend that was so memorable and relaxing!!!
