The primary bedroom has a new king mattress, and french doors to a brand new private deck that overlooks the lake. The eat in kitchen has stunning views of the water too. The game room is a family favorite place to hang out! Play air hockey, foosball, ping pong, or one of the many family friendly board games... all with an incredible view of Lake Martin. Sit back in the large screened porch and enjoy a beautiful sunset or sunrise. If you need more space, then add the adorable Boathouse that sits on the waters edge. The views will amaze you. It has a small living space, bar with mini fridge, microwave, bedroom and bathroom, it will sleep another 2. That is a total of 10. With 330 feet of water frontage the views are amazing from almost every room in the house. We have everything to make your stay perfect. Grab the marshmallows and hangout around the new firepit. Read a book while relaxing in the hammock overlooking the lake. Enjoy time on the lake with the kayaks and paddleboat that are included with your stay. Fish off the large new dock. Enter into the lake with the new no slip stairs. Even when the water is down in the winter months, we still have lake access. The game room is the place to be on rainy days! Summary: What a great trip and vacation rental. The house was great and exactly as advertised. My wife and I were with 3 adult children and spouses/significant others. One grandchild age 1 year. The fusball table and air hockey were great hits when it rained a bit on Friday. The boat ramp was superconvient for our boat. The kitchen and dining areas had everything we needed to feed the 8 adults and 1 child. We enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. The screened in porch was the perfect location at night or early morning.

Summary: We enjoyed our vacation. We had one issue pop up, but it was handled promptly by the property manager. We would stay here again.

Summary: A much needed time was had! The memories made during the trip will last forever. The aesthetic of the home was in keeping with the vibes of lake living. Everything was neat and orderly, while communication with the owner was timely. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a great weekend at the lake. Everything was seamless and the house was very nice. The only thing that we had to adjust around was the bed in the boat house is a full, not a queen. Overall great stay!

Summary: Very short drive (less than 35 minutes) to Auburn for the game and a very cozy home! No complaints! The game room was too fun!!!

Summary: Our stay was just right for our family - relatively few stairs, enough bedrooms and baths, and best of all games for the kids. Our grandson loved air hockey and our granddaughter loved Connect Four (especially the larger set). Thanks for a great weekend!

Summary: We had 10 people that stayed at the house. The house was fabulous. Enough room for everyone. At night the screened in porch and deck was the hangout to be. We loved everything from swimming, to playing games to even had a bombfire one night. I would recommend staying here.

Summary: I truly can’t imagine a better house for our large family!! It is beautifully decorated with absolutely gorgeous lake views from multiple rooms!! The screened in porch with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a game night outside! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The host was so helpful and quick to respond to my many questions and even gave us a pin for a rope swing that the teens loved!! As far as location on the lake, yes it may be a little bit of a ride to get to the “popular” spots, but that was perfect for us!! Our kids could kayak, paddle boat, and knee board without the worry of heavy traffic! Could not recommend this home enough, we hope to be able to stay again!!
