Summary: Jim was a wonderful host and extremely quick to respond to all communications. The house was so clean and exactly as described. Convenient location to get into downtown Burlington. Would love to come back in the summertime especially with its location right on the lake!

Summary: The property was gorgeous. There was plenty of space to accommodate a large group (10 people) with a great kitchen for making meals at home. The back patio looks out on the lake and is in a very peaceful area. Our party was impressed and comfortable throughout, making use of the pool table, hot tub, dock and great view. The host was very responsive both before and during the stay. We had a lot of requirements and needed some extra details to make sure the house was suitable for our group, and the host was very accommodating and helpful. All our needs were met and we had a great time.

Summary: The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed for the week - having our big family vacation Lakeside. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house, especially with a big group of all ages. The paddle boards and kayaks were hit for the entire week! The bugs were a little rough, but that comes with being on the water. We had ! The bugs we’re a little rough, but that comes with being on the water. Summary: The property is absolutely beautiful and so clean! The pictures don’t even touch the surface of how amazing the property is. As for Jim, what a guy! He made the stay even better, starting with a smooth check-in, to providing directions, and even checking in with me a few weeks leading up to the trip - he is the best host I’ve had! Thank you again Jim for making our stay so special. 5+ stars!!

Summary: Awesome experience, great spot with beautiful views. It was a nice quick trip to get into town, and an easy 45 min drive to Stowe. All around good time.

Summary: The house had everything we could have wanted in a vacation rental and more. The house/lake is beautiful and as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked which was really helpful with cooking for a big group. The host was very responsive and helped us with something we requested in less than 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
