Come enjoy this unique Lakeview home! Nestled in a private community enjoy the mountain views with kayaks included. Immaculate and Impeccably designed to the highest standards, central air, private driveway, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms it will feel like your own home sweet home! The master suit features sweeping lake views from the comfort of a tempurpedic king bed. Across from the master suite is the second bedroom with a full and twin bunk bed set. There is also a desk setup as a mini office to work from while looking directly out at the water. On the main level of the home is the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. There is another office desk set up in the room as well, featuring more lake views while you work. Enjoy the walk out deck that overlooks the lake with a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors and soak up the sun at night enjoy an amazing ambiance as the outdoor string lights kick on. Childproof fence at top of decks stairs. There is a large yard with a fire-pit with adirondack chairs to cozy up to, cook up some s'mores for dessert after an appetizing dinner. Out back is a second deck to backyard & kayaks. Sit by the water and enjoy peace & serenity. Great location! This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. There is also a queen blow up matters in the upstairs second bedroom closet for 2 additional guests.
Conveniently located via Route 39 just an hour and twenty minutes from NYC. Driveway can fit multiple vehicle's. Plenty of room if you are towing a boat, Jet-skis, quads, RV's or anything at all. One of the kayaks is a two person great if you have children with you so everyone can enjoy the water. You can also take them 1 mile down the road to Candlewood Lake where there is also a boat launch.
In the outdoor storage bin there are 2 beach chairs, a golf chipping mat and net targets, as well as water floats and tubes for the lake. There are more regular folding chairs on the deck. Board games are included as well in the cabinet next to the back door cabinet as you walk in the home.
The living rooms 65 inch television complete with all channels HBO, Showtime, all sports packages and every news outlets you could imagine. The sound bar and subwoofer are great for movie nights. The downstairs office bedroom has a computer monitor included, there is no laptop or desktop included. Alexa included in the main living space.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher! Wine openers, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, Belgian waffle maker, juicer with ball mason jars, margarita frozen drink machine maker, toaster, spices, pots, pans, wine, champagne glasses and more.
The center of town in New Fairfield is just down the road. Stop & Shop grocery store, delis, liquor store, bars and restaurants.
This property has a 2nd cottage completely separate from this main house but out back on the same land. Which is also a rental on VRBO, other guests could be seen. The other cottage has its own driveway on another road on Rt39 so you do not share a driveway or anything at all.

Summary: My girlfriends and mine were looking for a nice weekend getaway to unwind. The property was very clean. The basement level seemed a little more disheveled than pictured and very cold. Unfortunately we didn’t spend any time down there. The rest of the property was wonderful and spotless! Beds were comfortable.

Summary: Needed a safe, beautiful space to have a girls weekend. Everything you need is there. The movie room was a bonus!!! The view is gorgeous. Hopefully we can get it for a weekend in the summer.

Summary: This is a clean property in a good location if you’re going to the lake in summer. Since it was winter during our visit the downstairs basement area was too cold to be comfortable. The hosts did try to help with an extra space heater but it could not keep up. So we did not use the sofa, cinema etc. That room also has a pool table but it would be impossible to play because it’s located between two walls and lots of gym equipment. Kitchen teflon pans need a refresh. The upstairs rooms/ bedrooms are all very attractive. The bed mattresses are for folks who enjoy EXTRA firm. No dresser or closet space for guests in the downstairs bedroom which was odd.I’d say this place would be great for a family of four, not so great for 8 adults. All in all we still had a great stay with our family. Communication with host was fine.

Summary: I grew up in New Fairfield so it was nice to have a home similar to the one I lived in many years ago. We had more than enough room for all of us. Lots of streaming options. Beautiful view. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Host was super responsive and helpful.
