Summary: Property is a carefully renovated mid-century home, very thoroughly and tastefully appointed throughout. Huge back yard, beautiful view of hayfield and deer out the front window. Very available/receptive owners. Property is only about 15 minutes from Ithaca with its attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Summary: Parents weekend at Cornell was the reason for our stay. We’re already planning our next weekend here. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, and so relaxing. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Summary: The main part of the house is great and clean. The bedrooms need a few touchups but the rooms are all very clean and fresh. The water pressure and temperature is excellent. Eric was wonderful answering all of our questions. I would recommend staying her understanding that the house is a little older but very clean and comfortable. The kitchen,dining area and living room and deck were excellent. There was some road noise in two of the bedrooms which Eric is addressing. Worth your stay

Summary: The house suited our needs and check-in/out was easy. Location was close to Cornell University which was our reason for visiting. The furnishings and decor are modern and stylish. The sheets smelled really nice. Only a couple of small things that you can't tell from the online listing - the house is very close to the main road and it's an old house so the windows are original which means you can hear the traffic at night. I did notice there are sound machines in the two front bedrooms however I didn't discover this until we were leaving. I'd suggest putting a label on the sound machines so people know what they're for. I also couldn't tell if any of the outlets in the bedrooms were working to charge my phone at night.

Summary: this property met all of our needs for a comfortable base and was convenient to explore the Ithaca area. House is well equipped with everything you would need and more. There is a very pleasant, screened deck with table/chairs and great firepit below. Nice spot to take a break or to relax at the end of the day. Owners were quick to respond and most helpful with any questions we had.

Summary: Beautiful home in the countryside. In town for a wedding and the house was within 6 minutes of the venue. Exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Would stay in again. Owners were extremely accommodating to our needs.

Summary: The place looks just as nice as the pictures. The house was super clean. The beds were super comfy. The outdoor fire pit and deck are great to enjoy with friends. The records to play were a cozy touch to enjoy with friend. The kitchen has everything you need. Perry for a long weekend stay. Eric is awesome he was super quick to respond when we had a hiccup with check in. I also forgot something at the house and they were right away able to find my stuff. Me and all my friends would stay here again.
