Summary: Great bach for our family stay. Close to redwoods and shops. The heating/cooling system was not operating when we stayed - the panel advised to contact the technicians, however we did not use it. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Summary: ‘Lakes or Redwood’ was an exceptional choice for our family group of 10. It was cosy (central heating) and roomy which was great for mid-winter, although all of our days were sunny. The closeness of the Redwoods was a big attraction for the bikers in the group, and the eateries 500m away met our dining needs well. Easy access to the CBD and plenty to do - walking was our ‘thing’. Looking forward to a return visit to ‘Bach 11 ‘ as we just scratched the surface. Michelle has set the house up for a comfortable stay.

Summary: We loved being able to walk across the road to the Redwoods. Wonderful fenced backyard for our dog and cat. Sunny and comfortable. Only negative was that the bins were already full from last tenant and it wasn't as clean as we expected.

Summary: Close to mountain biking and walking tracks and easy access to all Rotorua has to offer. Excellent set up for two families with separate space for adults and kids. We had an awesome time!

Summary: We were an extended family made up of 8 adults and 5 preschoolers. The room configurations worked well for nuclear family groups. House was warm, clean and well set up with everything we needed. Kitchen very well set up with plenty of crockery, cutlery and pot/pans. Property well located close to Redwoods and in a quite street.

Summary: Excellent house for a winter stay, nice a close to everything around Rotorua. The manager was great with communication and very easy to deal with. Loved it and will be definitely be booking another stay. Kids also loved the arcade machine.
