Negative: Parking is a bit of a challenge. Having to share a bathroom and toilet with other guests, is not ideal.

Positive: Jan and Steve are delightful helpful hosts. The location was absolutely perfect . It is in a quiet lovely neighborhood with easy access to dining and peaceful walks. The back veranda offered the perfect spot to chill after a busy day of exploring Perth. My wife and I would definitely return if our travels brought us back to Perth
