Positive: It was such a beautiful inviting bungalow and the hosts Garry and Susie were incredibly welcoming and offered for us to share their deck which sits on the lake with a beautiful view. The actual bungalow is modern and very clean and comfortable-our biggest disappointment was we were only there for two days and nights - we will definitely be back.
Negative: Nothing we loved it all.

Positive: Clean & tidy bungalow with modern fit out; large, comfortable bed; choice of aircon or ceiling fans for cooling; efficient shower with good hot water supply; full sized fridge & kitchenette available; bungalow felt quite private; veranda overlooks a pleasant courtyard & garden; off street parking provided; breakfast provisions available; location close to the venues and places I wanted to visit.
Negative: Though well fitted out, the bathroom is very small & has no bath; the hosts did not ask me about my dietary needs prior to my visit (as other B&B hosts have done), so most of the breakfast supplies were not suitable; information folder is in tatters, needs an update; instructions for hob would benefit from some photos to assist those who haven't used this type of cooktop before; no oven (perhaps provide an airfryer); whilst the bungalow is near the lake, it has no view of the water (unless you join the hosts on their balcony); you can walk to the end of the cul-de-sac and see the lake, but the street was full of kids riding bikes each time I went, so not a peaceful interlude; the bungalow is in a suburban street, so there is the usual noise & activity of families, pets, cars, construction etc.
