This lakefront luxury property on Eagle Mountain Lake is the perfect getaway for family and friends. 5BD / 4.5 bath on 1+ acre of rolling countryside. Breathtaking views from every window! Only 1 hour from Dallas, 45 mins from FTW. Enjoy coffee on the porch w/ sun rising over the lake. High-end chef's kitchen with lots of room to gather! Firepit for s’mores! Large pool (unheated), hot tub, grill, fish off private dock! Includes board games, 4K TVs, XBox, kids toys and more.
The Space:
The main house is 4BD / 3.5 baths w/ 2 King beds and 2 Queen beds.
A separate guest house on the property includes 1BD / 1 bath with King bed.
The property is 1+ acre with 150ft of unobstructed lakefront.
Max occupancy is 10 guests, there are existing beds for 10 adults and 2 travel cribs. **No more than 10 guests, absolutely NO parties or events permitted (strictly enforced).**

The pool is wonderful in the summer and comes with lots of gear and items to help you have fun with family and friends. The large pool is not heated, the outdoor temperature will need to be high enough for the pool water temperature to be comfortable. The hot tub is heated.
The kitchen is the centerpiece of our home and it is fully stocked with many spices and cooking oils. We made a local guide to share the restaurants in the area that are worth trying as well.
If you are traveling with children we have some sippy cups and kid appropriate dishware which you are welcome to use. There are also a bunch of toys in the upstairs game room. We have 2 pack-n-play travel cribs available.
Guest Access:
Please park on our large driveway inside our private gate. Please do not park outside our gate or in front of a neighbor's home. Thank you!
Other Things to Note:
The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home and a third-party professional dry cleaning company to clean any sheets and towels! At least two cleaners come onsite for every clean, they scrub, vacuum, mop, replace all the sheets and towels in the entire home, and more! A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request.
The jet skis, boat, and docking equipment are off limits and do not come with a reservation. Guests may rent watercraft from a nearby establishment. Guests are not allowed to dock at our dock. You are welcome to fish off of the dock but will need to bring your own supplies.
The pool deck is very slippery when wet, please use caution. No diving, no running, no glass in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times and you are responsible for ensuring their safety.
The occupancy limit of our home is 10 guests. We cannot host more than 10 guests in our home at any one time due to city occupancy regulation. We do not host parties, events, shindigs, or related occasions. We have a security camera at the front door, back door, and overlooking the pool equipment.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property inside or outside.
**Important** Please make your reservation for the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest accounted for in the reservation, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoos, soaps and toothpastes.

Summary: My family and I, 10 people in all, stayed at the property for a full week in March. The layout of the house was perfect for all of us to spend time together or spread out and do our own thing. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the backyard and lake is spectacular! It was great to take in nature while sitting out on the back patio to read and have morning coffee. The kids had a great time fishing off the dock and actually caught a pretty big catfish. Even though the weather was a bit chilly during our stay we were still able to enjoy campfires around the fire pit and hang out around the fire top patio table. The hot tub was also great for both adults and kids. The area surrounding the property was very quiet and felt safe. Having the gated entrance also provided an extra layer of security especially when the kids were outside playing. Super convenient to have grocery stores and restaurants within a 15 min drive. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked and we took full advantage of cooking together as a family. Matthew was very attentive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Fantastic home with great views. We were looking for a place on the lake that we could get some downtime as a family. My daughter's and I started every morning watching the sunrise over the water with a cup of coffee. Simply beautiful. The kitchen was great. Tons of laughter cooking together. Ended everyday with some time in the spa and around the fire pit. Again, mission accomplished! You will love this home.

Summary: What a beautiful setting and a gorgeous home! Everything we could have asked for was in the home waiting for us. One couldn’t ask for a more beautiful setting on the lake. I do wish the manager was more forthcoming (earlier) with the address as we had elderly relatives driving from out of state and not knowing where to drive to? Doesn’t make much sense. Also, only two bedrooms had hot water for two nights. Other than those two small glitches it would have been an overall 5 star rating. I must say communication was prompt and thorough. Would highly recommend this place for a weekend or week long relaxing getaway.

Summary: Our 9 person family recently stayed for several days over New Years Ève. Thé home is lovely, warm and modern. It has a gorgeous big kitchen and living area perfect for a large group. While the property is nice sized it’s not as big as the listing makes it sound. But didn’t really matter. The hosts were great communicators and the cleaning crew even stopped by when we requested an air mattress. They helped set it all up for us within hours of our request. Great place, highly recommend and we will certainly be back!!

Summary: The house was really amazing. Stayed there with a group of college friends who get together once a year for 25 years now. We do a lot of cooking at the houses we rent and this had to be the best kitchen that we've ever used. The appliances are all very nice and the it was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. It even had a well seasoned cast iron skillet! We had a number of questions and the owner was really responsive to them. The grill could use a cleaning as it caught on fire because of all grease coating the inside of it. Otherwise, there were no issues at all and would love to stay there again if we're back in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
