Summary: The motel has some great amenities and was well suited for our little family with play areas for the kids and a well kept pool. Unfortunately, I think we stayed in one of the rooms that has yet to be refinished and it was not in the best condition. The tub was cracked, drain wouldn't stay open, and small toilet. The overall room was clean, but the carpets left our feet visibly dirty when walking barefoot. All that said, we would stay again.

Summary: Clean rooms. Wonderful staff. Great location and area by lake is an added bonus. Beds were a bit hard for us and a few things a bit run down in our room but nothing glaringly bad. Would def stay here again. Eric is a great down to earth guy.

Summary: Great family run hotel. Hosts helped out with anything I needed (gave me lighter fluid to help light some low quality charcoal) Very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Our stay was amazing the family that runs the hotel are so helpful and friendly. The condo was perfectly clean a d had a deck that had an amazing view. Such reasonable rates and free use of their boats and paddleboats its right right on a beautiful river that has very good fishing results! We are definitely going back.

Summary: It’s an older motel and it’s kept up as best as you could do it. Lake side and although the steps are steep the paddle boats and kayaks are available for use. Fish and fowl are around. Saw a bald eagle fly over head and fish were jumping early in the morning. The swimming pool was clean kept up. Quiet and family friendly-close to all the hot spots without the intensity.

Summary: I liked that the motel had free access to the lake and the use of boats. It was also nice that there was a pool available to use. The front desk service was fast and friendly and the room was clean. Some updates were sorely needed. The bathroom tile was popping up along the edge and I saw some mold growing on it. When the bathroom fan was turned on, it also blew out the light above the sink. Every time we turned the hot water on, you could hear the pipes slamming. The rug on the second floor was a bit of a tripping hazard as it had a fold sticking up running across the whole length. Otherwise, it was affordable and I would recommend it for the friendly staff and easy access to nature and nearby shops and attractions.
