Negative: BOOKING.COM is the worst. They wouldn't send me a tax reciept. They made it extremely difficult to communicate and were so frustrating. The host was wonderful.

Positive: It’s very tidy room. Everything is new. The bed is very comfortable.
Negative: It’s so tiny which is not good for 3 people but suitable for two people. There is not a microwave and kitchen in the room. I didn’t find hair dryer.

Positive: The cabin was easy to access, and I could come and go as I pleased. The initial instructions were good, and I found the access point relatively easily. The room itself was very pleasant with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the room was very cozy and a really nice touch was the card games. My son & I had fun with those! On the few days I had to myself, I really enjoyed being walking distance to 'Old Cromwell' and the tracks around the lake. It was a beautiful place to spend idle time relaxing, just what I needed. Arrowtown, Wanaka & Queenstown were driving distance with much to do and lots of other treasures found around the area. The Lavender Farm was an unexpected gem! I had a bit of a mishap at one point when I lost the key, but that was not a problem for the vendor she came round with a spare key as soon as I let her know. I found the key, thank goodness, but was very relieved that there were no negative reactions to ruin what was a fantastic time for me while visiting my son. Communication via the app was very useful and utilized well. Overall I was very pleased. General photos of the area attached.
Negative: The bathroom was definitely a tight squeeze, but the shower was great with the necessary ventilation. Access to running water was a bit of an issue but still provided (in an unconventional manner). It did not ruin my stay. Pricing in this area is generally higher than other places, but I willingly paid this price and still had an enjoyable experience.
