Positive: Lovely peaceful suburban setting (Perton is a modern 'planned' village). The village centre is five minutes walk away round the lake, with a Sainsburys and lots of other shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the area for a holiday - rural Staffordshire has so much to offer!
Negative: Initial communication regarding check-in could have been better, but when our water was cut off the owner couldn't have been more helpful and did everything in his power to get the issue resolved - very much appreciated! A dish-drying rack would come in handy.
Summary: Quiet and convenient, fantastic stay!

Positive: Excellent hosts. Great little flat in a quiet area. All you can need was there.
Negative: Parking was tricky, couldn't easily fit two SUV cars on the drive but could park on the the road as it was quiet.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location for me. The owner was contactable when we had a problem.
Negative: We had problems sorting out the heating. Had to phone the owner to get it sorted. Other than the heating problem, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it for both short and longer stays.
Summary: Ideal apartment for visiting the Midlands area.

Positive: Perfect little bolt hole. Very well stocked with everything you need, and really appreciated the new sponge/cloth and cleaning products. Very much a home from home, and spotlessly clean.
