Positive: The building ambientes, inside and outside with the massive wood structure is what I'm dreamed of. Interior with nice details. Good S-Bahn connection (5min). Easy to explore Stanberger See
Negative: The shutters opened automatic in the late morning. At current weather conditions not the best solution. Rooms heating up while we spend our time outside

Positive: Would definitely plan a trip to Munich only to stay in this fully automated house. Exactly as shown in the pictures, a two-floor bright, wooden appartment totally yours, with large windows that have great view and shutters that can be automatically closed, temperature regulator, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which with hanging chair) one large bathroom with two sinks, one restroom, a large living room and multiple sofas and chairs to sit remotely if you wish. The 80-90s atmosphere with the retro airplane in the entrance hall and the car serving as a hanging car next to the door, the wooden carved owls in some of the columns complemented this luxury, rustic ambience. Finally, the mechanic of entering the house also automated. I am glad that I booked there, the least expensive option for our family Munich vacation.
Negative: Even though only 6minutes walk away from the train station, the 38 minutes distance would make it a deterrent for some families. Moreover, the wall that divided our appartment with the other wasn't soundproof and it could be annoying if the others didn't respect the quiet hours (especially the second bedroom next to the wall).

Positive: This is a very nice house in Pocking, very convenient for visiting Lake Starnberg and the area - by car. The walk to the lakeside or central Pocking is a bit long unless you have a car. The house was very nice, a combination of old style and modern "smart house" infrastructure. Checking in using a code was easy and smooth, WiFi good and strong, everything clean and worked well. There are actually two toilets (the webpage mentioned only one) - good. Interaction with host very pleasant and convenient. No designated parking but there is a big parking lot at the end of the street, past the school. Overall very nice stay.
Negative: While we stayed there was construction work across the street - noisy. But this is probably finished by now. Location - you must have a car, or else it is not convenient. These are minor things
